First time coming here and probably my last, employees were rude and seem like they didn’t want to be there. Also food was cold

The food wasn’t bad but the worker at the drive thru window (short red hair) needs training. Very rude and unprofessional. From acting like it’s putting her out to give me ketchup to asking me “what you need” when I didn’t move from the window because she never gave me a straw, I’ll consider a competitor before I spend my money here again

This location has been going downhill for a very long time. The outside looks extremely run down especially with their parking lot. I enjoy their food and I would say 90% of the time I always get amazing employees that serve me. On occasion my order does get messed up and they either make it wrong or they forget items. Every time that I have brought it up to their attention they have always made the situation right. It’s a shame because this location used to be amazing and beautiful and it seems like the owners don’t want to put money into the upkeep of this specific location. That’s probably my only biggest downfall and bad things that I can’t say about this location is the way the outside looks.

Oh wow, if someone from BK corp would reach out I would love it. This is a high end area and this BK does not fit in, with the service the employees are giving.

I can understand having a bad day but the older lady at the drive thru window was extremely rude, even after giving her the benefit of the doubt. It was a very simple order that was placed and she snapped back several times for no apparent reason. I haven’t experienced this level of rudeness before in a fast food environment so I was inclined to write a review. The food was quite good though, unsure on if it’s worth the mental stress of having to be on the receiving end of someone’s tantrum though.

My wife and I decided to stop by and get lunch. We ordered the #4 meal (Bacon King) small with a Dr. Pepper and a cheese burger. The attendant asked “large?” I corrected to be just a small. Paid at the first window, $10.90, they asked if I wanted a receipt, I said no thank you (my mistake). Moved to the next window, and was asked “2 sandwiches?” I said yes. After a minute to minute and a half I received a bag with ONLY 2 sandwiches. I mentioned I should have a meal, but they told me I didn’t pay for a meal… I didn’t have a receipt to deny the statement. We drove off down the road. Upon opening the bag with sandwiches I found the tag in the sandwich as shown in the pictures. The other sandwich wasn’t a cheeseburger either, it was a whopper single. Plus we have no idea what the ‘chips’ are on the bacon king sandwich. I understand there is a workforce shortage but I can’t risk eating there anymore.

Man, this place needs help!! Customer service is severely lacking. I said thank you to everyone single employee I interacted with. They all just stared at me. No thank you, no you’re welcome, no have a nice weekend. Nothing.

I decided to give burger King another chance to see if they weren’t as bad as everyone says it is, and to my surprise, it is worse than what I could imagine. I decided to go to the drive-thru to get an order to go nothing complicated or very customized, I order a whopper add cheese, and a sprite little ice. Super easy to make. Well let me tell you when I first got to the drive-thru the employee was difficult to hear, then after getting my order and driving home I realized this individual I think was a dude but I’m unsure, she/he give me sparkling water instead of sprite and my whopper didn’t have the cheese or the topping, just the meat. I’m not interested in getting anything out of this, I just wanted to confirm the stories about horrible customer service and order mess up out of frustration of the employee it is a thing.

I got a #1 combo breakfast meal with orange juice. I hate to say it, but for this area, the food should be much better. I only went through their drive through because McDonald’s and Wendy’s were packed. Now I see why there was no one at this location. The breakfast hash browns tasted like they were cooked in old or dirty oil. And the Sausage, Egg & Cheese Croissan’wich tasted stale and old too like it had been sitting under a heater for too long. I was there at 7:40 AM so I was expecting very fresh. Only one attendant to take order, take money at first window & then go to second window to bag up your order to give to you. SMH Save your money for a better experience elsewhere.

So I really like the old crew. This time I went. I couldn’t understand the woman taking the order. She got mad at me for asking her to repeat what she said..lady if you slowed down and actually pronounce the word you were saying I would be able to understand. Anyways I pulled around and paid for my food she mumbled something again. I couldn’t even understand what she said and I asked my son if he understood it and he said no. So I pull up to the next window she comes out to the window yelling at me for pulling up to the window where I’m supposed to pick up my food. Made me back my car up all the way to the back window said I wasn’t allowed to be at that window until my food was ready. So I backed up cuz I wasn’t about to yell and fight with some Karen at the Burger King. And we pull back to the window and next thing I know she’s out there shaking my food up at the next window wanted me to pull back up. This was a Burger King employee on a power trip is ridiculous I’ve never seen anything in my entire life. Needless to say I’ll go to Panera bread for now on and pay more for better food and better service. People who act like that really put a bad taste in my mouth. I really like going there in the morning because the prior cruise that worked there before were always great wonderful people. This was absolutely uncalled for poor service. And somebody needs to say something to her about her behavior I don’t even know what her name was and she was a white lady brown hair and chubby. And she was working with a really big guy there. But honestly they don’t get a lot of business there and have an employees like that’s ridiculous. We’re all tired in the morning there’s no reason to pull power trip and be a jerk to somebody.
