had a terrible experience. i called in an order, and after trying to say that was all, the operator kept asking what i want. maybe i just couldn’t understand what he was saying, but he was either saying pasta or something else. i eventually got my order across and hung up after continuously saying for delivery . i waited a full hour after the operator told me only 15 minutes, assuming it was busy. i called back to check on my order only to find out they had it ready for pickup. i just wanted some cheese breadsticks. i also called again to see what was going on, and i was hung up on.

This was my second time ordering pizza for pickup that was already very cold and the crust was as hard as a rock, even though I picked it up as soon as it was ready. Did not taste freshly made. Most pizzas are too hot to even eat immediately if you pick them up in the same time frame.

I ordered a Pan pizza with pork sausage and when we got home (which was a 30 minute drive) the sausage turned out to be Italian sausage. When I called and told the manager about it she hung up on me instead of offering to make it right. I’ll never do business with this store again.
