We’ve loved other Primo locations, but this one is obviously just making everything god knows how long in advance and storing it in the refrigerator. Even the roast pork with broccoli rabe was ice cold (and dry). The prices they’re charging are criminal.

This was my first time getting the Nonna’s Veggie hoagie and it was good, but I was disappointed with that sliver of eggplant and it being dry because my condiments weren’t put on. I guess I really expected more because of the hype with the other hoagies.

Seems like they’re trying yo get away with less tomatoes possible inventory or just plain cheap. I’ve been eating primos for like the past 15 years, this is not primos. Ruined the taste with that laxk of tomatoes.

Not sure what happened to this location but over the last year or so I’ve consistently been disappointed. From skimpy meat to wrong orders. I just picked up a Big T and there is no LTO or seasoning just meat and bread. For $13?! Come on! I didn’t order it that way been ordering from Primos for 20yrs.
