I ordered at the drive thru and my order took forever. When I arrived there was only one other car. So it wasn’t busy at all. When I looked through the window there were like 6 people behind the counter, and yet the lady at the window seemed like she was doing everything. And not well at that. I wasn’t pleased with her poor attitude and service while communicating through the mic, but I think I understood her frustration when I was able to see inside. Overall this location needs to step it up, whether it’s just today, just this shift, a staffing issue, or even management. At the very least they just need to go over good customer service/communication skills

What the hell is WRONG with this location? 10 minute wait at the drive through even though there was no line. Rude person taking orders. My wife asked for a root beer and they rang it up as sugar free. No spicy chicken available so we asked for a pretzel pub chicken sandwich. Window slammed in our face once we were given our order. No straw for the drink. At least the fries were hot. Then got to our destination and opened up the sandwich….. They put 2 beef patties with American cheese and ketchup sloppily thrown on a pretzel bun. Other than the bun, NOTHING about this sandwich was right. WHAT THE HELL?? $12 and 20 minutes wasted.

Can’t hear the lady speaking through the speaker over the music they have blaring over some radio inside. And was told to wait at the speaker for 5+ minutes before taking my order, and I could see to the window, Noone was in front of me being served and the dining room was shut down for the night so there’s no explanation for simply being too lazy to do your job. Food came out cold as well. Waiting that long just to order i’d expect the food to be ready promptly but was then stuck at the window waiting another 10 minutes

I went through the drive thru shortly before 4pm today and the lady who took our order was extremely rude. We got up to the window, paid, then were waiting for our food. She came back over to the window and decided to hand me all three bags at the same time. I couldn’t see that there were three bags so therefore i dropped one. She then proceeded to get mad at me for dropping it when i didnt see it. She said, i’m not kidding, “nothing fell out, you can still eat it.” I was in utter disbelief because I work in food service (chipotle) and would never even think of saying that to somebody. I get that we all have rough days but telling somebody they can eat food that fell on the ground where cars are constantly moving and god knows what else is there? Completely unprofessional and disgusting. She then got mad that I wanted another one that hadn’t fell on the ground. Luckily we got it remade and a much nicer lady brought it out but that whole experience was horrendous.

Went inside to order a take out. The cashier is very rude asking for my order. She looks like one of those lazy workers and not trusted. Somehow entire floor is very slippery and sticky. Feels like restaurant was not cleaned for a while. Three of the workers are just hanging around outside. Will never eat there again. I will give 0 stars if I can on customer service and cleanliness.

Rude, ratchett, “female” taking orders in the drive-through with the manly raspy voice was nasty and rude. They also got my order completely wrong. I ordered two classic singles. She gave me both chicken and a whole lot of attitude for no reason.. I’m just glad none of her blonde weave ended up in our food. #Order number #3095, 3/12/23. They were slow but took forever also. When I went back to get my order corrected, they purposely added extremely large amounts of extra mayo and ketchup and possibly water to me and my daughters sandwiches to where they just dripped and poured everywhere. So much to the point to where it had to be deliberate and intentional. We decided not to eat it in case they did something else to it out of spite.. Shame on them..

Whoever was working the drive thru on April 6th around 2pm is the rudest person I’ve ever met. I actually left the drive thru for the first time ever because of how rude he was, on top of half of the menu being out of stock. If I could give zero stars, I would.
