Kentucky/ Long John Silver food was not good. The grease was old food was not that hot. Didn’t have any honey or honey mustard. The floor was sticky, wall was not clean nor bathroom. Windows sill needed to be clean. Had a score of 85. They was slow in getting your meal. Seem like the grease was old and the chicken was drop down again to warm it up. Me and my husband was not happy with our meal. Let get it together before someone get sick after eating here. Case close

I wish that I could give it less than one star. This is 1 of only 2 long John silver’s locations within a 10 mile radius of my home and every time I go here. I have issues my last visit. I waited 10 minutes to place my order 10 minutes to get to the window to pay then they tell me it’s going to be 20. Minutes because they just changed the oil I know from fast food experience. You don’t change the oil in the middle of the day did I mention? It was 5 o’clock in the evening. After I waited 45 minutes & they didn’t bring my food out I went inside to get my food. They tried to give me burned food. I asked to see the manager. He was cowering in the back and would not come up to the front to talk to me and left some high school student to deal with me. I tried to remain as pleasant as possible under the circumstances but I will never ever go back there again. I guess it’s captain d’s for me from now on.

Very unorganized staff, highly unclean dining and kitchen areas. It’s a poorly run location overall. My 2 pc fish plate was dark from the old grease and super salty . They don’t serve brewed sweet nor unsweet tea, so I just got water. They need new management and franchisee owners.

Horrible experience. I Ordered @12:17 didn’t get my food until 12:49 took way too long, over 30 mins for a piece of fish & chicken & they was not busy at all and it was not good at all. The only reason I didn’t walk out & leave because I had already paid for my food unfortunately.

Wanted something quick and didn’t feel like cooking and KFC has an awesome meal deal with hot chicken sandwich an order of nuggets with a side and a drink for @ $10 and some change. Was so good I went Friday and Saturday but had to get in the kitchen for Sunday. Awesome

Waited 15 mins for my order to be over cooked and incorrect. This is a combination KFC/LJS, my food was delivered to me in Styrofoam tray from Sam’s club. If this is acceptable standard from these companies no wonder they are closing. Save your money eat elsewhere, the dumpster at the local Mexican restaurant has better quality.

I had the fish and hush puppies for $13 on Monday. A hour later I started feeling sick my kids threw up shortly I started feeling nauseous and I started throwing up w/ diarrhea. I am still recovering from Mondays ucky yuck. Please just eat at home I feel horrible. I’m sure the staff don’t wash yall hands for my stomach to feel like this or y’all didn’t cook the food properly. As a former fast food employee I’ve seen it all first hand.

This was just OK. I have a special place in my heart for honey barbecue wings and when I tell you… they let me down. I am not joking I got the 12 piece honey barbecue wing and it tastes like they watered down the barbecue sauce.. ew. The fact that you can get chicken and fish in one place is pretty cool. This is fast food and if that’s what you’re looking for go ahead and try it.

Dine out, when placed in the order at the window I greeted the person told the person what I wanted the person had an ugly attitude I asked if I offended her and she proceeded with her attitude and asked what did I want basically. So therefore I will not visit this restaurant never again. I drove off and told her she couldn’t help me with anything. Because indeed she was not helpful very rude. And it didn’t cause for all of that it was early in the morning there was no one in the line but me so the internal offensively affected the external shall I say in her actions toward the situation. It was roughly around 11:00.
