There were only 2 pizzas ready no cheese or Italian bread with cheese. When we got home the pizza was flat dry and burnt. The server said that nothing else would be ready for 10 minutes. We usually do not have a problem but this time it was not good at all

I ordered crazy bread and got this. I live 20 miles from the store and when I called to rectify, they told me they would get me a new order. I specifically asked if I need to bring this back, and they tell me no. I get to the store and the manager tells me they don’t know who would’ve told me that but I’m definitely not getting more because I had to bring it in!? Zero accountability. Wasted gas and hungry kids.

Done with this place. One thing that has always irked me is that they don’t put anything under the pizza in the box. So if your one to put the leftover pizza in the fridge in the box its going to pull up cardboard the next day. Now, I go to get the pretzel pizza, in the past it was great, this time? Ugh.. there was SO much salt on the pizza we couldn’t eat it. Not just on the crust they put it all over the pizza. It was horrible. Complete waste of money. Officially done giving incompetence my money.

My friend Caleb Kimpel ordered from here 11 months ago and he’s still in distress regarding the traumatizing service he received. He mentioned it just the other day. My friend lives 20 miles from the store and had to go back on a false hope from an employee, because they said that he would be given different breadsticks. Didn’t turn out that way. Caleb is still afraid to travel for food to this day…
