The food was good – I bought a #8 Club Sub with chips and a drink. The service was good. The ambiance was just okay. I suppose it was sufficient for a fast food place. My biggest gripe was that in the restroom, they only had the air dryers and not any paper towels available.

went above and beyond, amazing subs and really wonderful employees. Left a note in online order asking if there was a way to prevent sogginess if saving a sub for work and this was left. So happy they opened new location so close

Love eating here at this specific location I don’t know if it’s the cooks or just the food but the hot subs are spectacular to say the least. The service is wonderful and the staff are pretty quick. I recommend this location if looking for a Jersey Mikes in Grand Rapids area I’ve been to 3 others and this has been the best experience and taste in food. There is room for dine-in which is also nice.

I have a gluten allergy and they were very accommodating. The crew was helpful as to what I could have and what I should stay away from. They made my food in a separate spit to avoid cross contamination and never acted like I was a bother.
