Usually if I go to this Wendy’s I have wonderful service very polite. But today. I ordered a medium Frosty she asked which kind let her know. Then I asked how many cookies were in the package for $1.39. She said right now we don’t have any and not so nice of a tone okay. Whatever. But before I could add the rest of the food that I wanted. She rudely gave me my total and disconnected the speaker from me. Have a great day I drove off. Mind you there were no customers in front of me in the Drive-Thru or behind me or in the store. So why she was in such a hurry I couldn’t tell you. As I pulled out I decided to give the manager a call and let her know why I left. Funny phone rang six seven times. But I guess they were so busy serving those customers with grace that they didn’t have time to answer the phone.

coldwater Wendy’s in a downward spiral for the past few years. I can’t believe corporate would aloud this store to stay open. the open hours are a guess at best…you drive up to the ordering speaker and read notes on the hours. the parking lot is a total mess it has more holes then michigan state o-line. my last visit I ordered 2 things the wait was long as it normally is. I ordered family chille and large fries. after I got my order was half way home I went to get a Fri and there wasn’t any. I got back to the store and went in. there was no customers…there was a women training another women on the cash register I stood there I don’t know how long before this young man told them to help me. So they got my fries never checked to see who did it so they could be talked to about being more careful. this isn’t the first time this has happen but will be the last I can assure you

I pulled up to the window, ignored. Well, I’m craving Wendy’s. Went online, ordered my food since no one will service me.

I don’t know the full details, but I’m pretty certain you have literal kids working at this location. like there’s no way the kid at the drive thru window was over the age of 12, and I’m pretty sure legally they have to be at least 14 years or older. I don’t think I’m going back because I don’t really want to support that. Plus it’s very strange handing my credit card to someone who’s not even in highschool yet.

I wish I could rate this a zero. The trash cans outside are overflowing and that’s bad for the environment. The drive through wait line took forever. Nobody wants to work anymore, I get that. But the workers could at least clean up. And the sit down area is never open anymore. How hard is it??
