This place has really gone down hill. I gave my order 2 separate times, all for them to mess up. My son is allergic to ketchup and they still put ketchup on the wrong sandwich asked for. While I was standing there waiting for the food to be cooked I watched a girl drop a knife on the ground and pick it up and almost cut the bagel with the dropped knife, thankfully another worker hurry and handed her a new knife to use. Another worker decided to get on video chat with her boyfriend while they had customers in the store. They really need to get it together. I definitely won’t return again.

Just left bagel shop. It’s 11 am and out of plain bagels and they are not making any more. Not many of the others left. The six that I got were hard and not what they used to be.. maybe new owners???? This was my go to place for bagels. Not anymore

This place used to be 5 stars every time. Now I have had to throw out 2 of my last 3 sandwiches because they can’t listen when you say no cheese and forget the extra meat when you order extra meat. I am allergic to cheese, I can not eat it. The only reason I don’t give 1 star is because I’ve been coming here for over 10 years, but my next visit is their last chance before I stop going entirely. I’m tired of throwing money in the garbage. Avoid going on weekends when the young girl is working, she gets the order wrong every time.

Bagels are nice and big and have great texture. This is what you expect in a NJ bagel, however, their bagels always lack salt, which is imperative for delicious bread products. My husband doesn’t eat cream cheese so he gets a bagel with butter. He suspects that even the butter is unsalted. I dont get it. So we usually go elsewhere for our bagels. Bummer because the salt issue is an easy fix and they seem to do everything else right.

9 dollars for a bacon egg and cheese and a chocolate milk. Egg and bacon was pre cooked.. not fresh. Oh how this place has fallen. Uses to be a go to spot. Now it’s a no go spot. Shame..

In my opinion these are the best handmade bagels in the county. Eat them fresh or slice them, wrap in plastic and freeze. Reheat in your toaster oven @ 375F for 15 mins.
