Great for chicken but the customer service is beyond poor. Called for over an hour and a half to place an order for pick up as I don’t live in the area and know it takes them 30 minutes to make chicken. 2 days in a row and I drove over an hour for chicken. One day I showed up at 6:32 and they stop making chicken at 6:30 and denied to service me. I showed them my call log of multiple calls trying to place the order prior to that time. I used to love the chicken but after such horrible customer service the chicken isn’t worth it.

One of the worst resturants I’ve ever been to. Paid almost $12 for a “cheeseburger plate” and waited almost 45 minutes with maybe 4 people in the restaurant. The hamburger patty was about the size of a small McDonald’s hamburger and had no taste at all other than being overcooked. Fries were the same. The lady serving us was mad at the world and could barely communicate. For example, when she made are drinks (which took about 10 minutes) she looked over at me and nodded her head at them for me to come get them. Garbage.

I suggest you use better quality food. Your minced onion rings and your minced chicken breast sandwich was not good. The cole slaw was tasteless. The hot dogs were dried up and overcooked. I hope your hamburger patties are hand formed from good beef, not with gristle and ground up bones. Clean up your doors. All this won’t cost you much but will increase your business.

Food is definitely not the same as it use to be. Our chicken had absolutely no seasoning. Not to mention it took an hour and 15 minutes for 12 pieces of chicken to be ready with no apologies or anything. I wont be returning.
