This restaurant caught us by surprise. Want high quality on your remote excursion? The food was really high quality. The fish and chips were some of the best we’ve ever had. It was as if we were at the beach, it was so fresh and well breaded. The kale chips were really a cool addition and tasted good even if you aren’t normally a veggie eater.

Excellent friendly service. Food not so good. The soup was so salty, I couldn’t eat it all. The bison meatloaf was good once I scraped off a very thick layer of intensely sweet BBQ sauce. Tell the chef that not everyone lost their sense of taste during the pandemic.

I can’t comment much because we arrived at 7:30 to dine after reading good reviews of the food. They close at 9 pm according to their hours. We had 3 in our party and were told they were no longer serving and it was 730 pm. I would certainly have liked to taste the good but didn’t get opportunity while passing through town. If the hours on Google are right they open at 5 and apparently service stops at 730.

My husband and I have been “passing” through Silverton for many years, but always for a couple of hours. We only stopped during lunchtime.

Great service and quick to be seated when other restaurants had waits. I highly recommend getting off the main road to come here to eat. The food was excellent! I only wish there were more options- limited options.

Had a wonderful meal here on a cold clear night in the Mountain town of Silverton, CO. Rachel was our server and she was both pleasant and attentive. My wife and I shared the Fish and Chips which were done to perfection! Also had a great starter of Sweet potato puffs! Don’t forget desert as the peach cobbler was melt in your mouth! Also, a full bar with great options. Very warm and inviting atmosphere with nice music (LPs) played on a turntable!

This is easily the best dining experience we have ever had. My husband has a severe food allergy, and the staff and chef at Eureka were the most thoughtful and accommodating people. The food was excellent, and the dessert divine. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

This was a nice, new little restaurant in Silverton, CO. The food and service were great. I had never had kale chips before but now I have and they will be the standard by which all other kale chips will be measured. They were amazing.

Our hotel owner recommended thr Eureka to us since it was our anniversary. Their patio was super cute and they were super dog friendly. Their whole staff took care of us and made sure to take the extra time to chat with us. So to get to chat with the chef and learn more about the town from locals. I had the bison lasagnae and my husband had the bison meatloaf, both were excellent. Definately would recommend.
