We just went through the drive thru and ordered some chicken finger meals and I also ordered an extra side of mashed potatoes. They forgot the mashed potatoes so I parked and went in and got them but we just got home and the chicken fingers are like jerky. Completely not edible at all and cold as if they have been sitting on the tray for hours. We decided not to risk getting sick so $30+ down the drain. Disappointing to say the least and we will not be eating here again.

On Memorial Day, May 29, at 7pm after an 8 Hour drive home from out of town, I decided to stop by KFC in Herriman, Utah. Went through the drive-through, and the gal taking my order was so unprofessional and condescending. She seemed perturbed that I asked if they had anything else in diet besides Pepsi. My husband likes diet Mountain Dew. Then, when I got up to the window, I decided to add one (1) side order of mac & cheese to my order. I could hear her talking in a foreign language to her coworkers, or to the cook in the back ‘yelling’ to take out the mashed potatoes/gravy, and add mac & cheese to both boxed meals. I then told her that I still wanted the mashed potatoes/gravy in both boxes, and I wanted to add “just one” (1) side order of mac & cheese to my order. Long story short, I ordered 1 two-piece meal, and 1 three-piece meal, (which both meals now come with ONLY mashed potatoes and gravy). However, I didn’t get the three-piece. Instead they gave me 2 two-piece meals and added TWO sides of mac & cheese in BOTH of them. To make matters worse, when I got home, I discovered that one of the meals was all dark meat instead of all white meat that I had requested for the three-piece that I did not get but paid for! Not to mention the chicken at KFC is about the size of a golf ball. Not really. I’m just exaggerating, but literally not much bigger. It’s very disappointing. A total waste of $24! I will not be eating there again!

First time at this place today at 9:20 pm and the place closes at 10:00 pm. The Venezuelan lady told us to go to the other AW KFC. We told her we would eat there and she asked us to keep the table clean because she had cleaned it 5 times because other customers dirty the place and she was going to close at 10:00 pm. Then she told us we could only order wings and drums because she wasn’t going to cook anything else because she would be closing in 40 minutes; she only sold us one chicken little when we ordered 2 without telling us and just add it into our order bag. Sadly, the chicken was too dry and hard and we couldn’t eat it; waste of our money. KFC, if you allow your employees to continue with this attitude, you’re going to end up like BK or other restaurants that have going to bankruptcy because of their employees bad service.

The potatoes were good, the mac & cheese was delicious. Unfortunately, the chicken was really dry!!! It was so crunchy, it tasted like it had been under a heat lamp for several hours. The biscuits also tasted a little dry.

For the last year plus they have had signs like this on the drive thru. Sometimes its says only open for dinner. Should probably fix the problem. Also why is the lobby still closed? But other then that the food is good

Food quality at this location is very poor. The chicken breasts we got were extremely dry. They either had been setting out too long or were way over cooked. Don’t think I will ever go back.

I felt like trying the KFC version of the spicy chicken sandwich, so on the way out of town we stopped at the Herriman store. When we ordered, they said it would be 7 minutes. We were fine with the short wait. After 15 minutes, my wife went it to see if it was sitting there, but they said another 4 minutes. Finally after 22 minutes, they brought my order out. I started eating the chicken sandwich and bit into a raw center shown in the picture. I’ll continue to go to Popeyes.

Came by at 8:30. (Closes at 9) Employees were sitting in the dining room on their phones. Automated voice came on and said they’re closed. This has happened 20-40 minutes before close multiple times and in the middle of the day several times on Sunday. Have had many orders messed up, undercooked food, a chili dog still frozen with cold chili. Not one to give a bad review after one bad experience but this location has been consistently terrible.

This location is pristine and has really well-lit seating. The staff was all friendly. I was really excited to try the new mac&cheese $5 fill up and it did not disappoint. SO delicious, the kids ate my whole bowl. We always buy a giant box of biscuits to take home.
