The best BBQ I have ever had. The brisket literally melts in your mouth. I’ve tried most of their food and it never disappoints. Their breakfast brisket taco is by far my favorite breakfast taco!! This place is a must try!! The owners are the sweetest most amazing people!! We love coming here.

It is amazing to visit this place. Go early because they sell out of stuff pretty quickly. The brisket was amazing. The sandwich my SO got was huge!! Part of it had to be saved for later, which never happens. We will be getting up early ti tey their breakfast soon.

Food truck at the new hub in Kennewick. Lots of outdoor and indoor seating. Had the brisket Mac and cheese add bacon. The Mac and cheese itself was okay but with the brisket and bacon was really good! The brisket itself was my favorite. 18$ with bacon added, but it was a decent amount. Friend had the pulled pork sandwich which she enjoyed and would go back for. Ladies at the window were very nice. I will be back!

Come here regularly. The food is so good and the service is amazing. The Cook definitely knows his BBQ and it’s made fresh. Some people complain about the wait but it’s really that much of a big deal considering they are making fresh BBQ. Highly recommend the Burnt ends, Brisket and gravy biscuits, or even the smoked Mac and cheese bowls. Owners are so nice and some genuine people.

We have eaten at this food truck four times now. We have tried about six different menu items between the two of us including The Rancher sandwich and biscuits and brisket gravy. We have also had 2 of the sides. The coleslaw was wonderful. I added a pinch of salt to the cowboy beans and enjoyed them too.

Quality food and service, highly recommend. We got the classic brisket sandwich and the 50/50 Mac bowl, as well as the pecan pie. I wouldn’t normally order a piece of pie from a bbq place but wow, if you enjoy pecan pie its worth ordering. Can’t say enough how impressed we were with the whole experience. Restaurant quality at a food truck.

This was a different kind of biscuit and gravy and I’m here for it. The place is located in a small little food truck ranch in the parking lot of a store. The lady who tended the truck was super happy and delightful. The portions were huge, and the flavor of the gravy with the brisket was stellar. The biscuits leave a bit to be desired, but the true star of the show is the brisket. Smoked right out back of the trailer, it was done to perfection. Def reccomend.

Had high hopes for this local food truck BBQ joint. *Disclaimer* I’m on a keto diet so no biscuits & gravy or any other delicious fare, just brisket & 4 over easy eggs for me.

Let me just start by saying I have been coming here for well over a year almost every weekend. Some weeks I would even come 3 times a week. I absolutely LOVE the brisket biscuit with egg and cheese sandwich. When everything is right it’s amazing. I’ve seen reviews saying the biscuits are nothing to write home about, but when they’re done correctly, they’re the best. Unfortunately, since KC moved to the Hub they have become more inconsistent to the point we have scaled back to once every couple of weeks. It’s a bit too much of a drive now and walk into the hub on a morning to spend that much for it to be a bad day. I love this place but I never know if it’ll be a good day.
