Marco’s Pizza used to be so good! Better that Pizza Hut, Domino’s, everyone! And then… they became popular, not only the quality is gone but there is a no customer service, not good not bad, it just doesn’t exist… Keep in mind this pizza was supposed to have Pepperoni…. Was the size of breakfast sausages, cold, not crispy (thin), just not worth it anymore, now the price is too high compared to the other massive companies because there is not a difference between Marcos and the $6.99 pizza from Dominos and others… Banana peppers look huge next to whatever that “Pepperoni” is.

This place used to be good. Im not sure if its under new management or what. But they cant even get a simple salad order correct. Last month I ordered a salad with chicken instead of salami and some other changes. Do you know what i received? I received salami, ham, and a lot of other things I said not to put on there. Not only that, their family sized salads are shrinking fast. They no longer feed 4 people at all.

Marco’s has wonderful tasting pizzas. The ingredients are always fresh and of high quality. The variety of crusts and the flavors of the crusts is very top shelf. Their sauce has a great fresh taste. Service has been great, most of the time I carry out. The personnel have always been attentive and friendly.

It used to be super tasty but it has definitely changed. Not sure if if they made ingredients changes or have trouble with staff but it is not the same. Ordered 2 subs a few days ago and it was terrible. The sandwiches were soggy, soupy and made sloppy.

Always fresh, always delicious…that was my rating previously. Yesterday, I received two pizzas one was OK while the other was less than what I had received over the past few years. I paid for a premium pizza with a multitude of toppings, and apparently, someone felt I didn’t deserve what I paid for and the pizza was lacking in every way imaginable. To top off the entire ordeal, the manager felt my concerns were not important and dismissed me all together. As a long term previous customer and having my child work at the establishment for serial years until she departed for college, I understand how the pizza should taste like and how it should look.

Don’t order GROVETOWN. just got extorted for a tip by driver or i wouldn’t get my already paid for pizza! All the manager could do is keep.laughing and saying “I’m not a fan of that the driver was just rehired!” They can refund the tip and they are sorry. I had to give 1 star to leave a review but they ARE NOT worthy of it AT ALL!

Marcos is a great local pizza stop. They open at 11am so you can pick up hot pizza by 11:20am and have it on the table or patio for people who eat lunch at exactly noon. We get a hard lunch hour and Marcos is spot on with timing. Presently only the Drive Through is open for Pick Up. It’s best to call in your order…the web site is not too functional for pre-ordering for certain times. Staff services are great, the people are happy. Their is a nice Military discount.
