My favorite food is Sushi. Growing up in Seattle area I got very accustomed to eating fresh sushi almost on a weekly basis in my early 20s. Moving down to Ridgefield, I was out of luck. There were no great options in a 30 mile radius that had the flavor, modest price, and service I was used to. That was until Sushi Kato appeared in the middle of town. Leave your hesitations about food truck sushi at the door and just drive or walk down. Sushi Kato has well surpassed my expectations. I started wearily with the California rolls, then the salmon rolls, then, wow, the Sushi-burritos, now I am stuck on their shrimp tempura bowls. Never been disappointed here and everything has been made at a high quality. Glad to see so many people coming to the food trucks here, especially since they renovated the whole space and added live music during the days.

Amazing sushi rolls and sushi bowls! Fish and sides were fresh with lots of great flavour. Friendly and kind costumer service by the owners themselves. There is some outdoor covered seating right outside the food cart. I highly recommend stopping here and trying Sushi Kato!

The food cart is very impressive: new and very clean. The owners are also very nice. The Crazy Shrimp Sushi Burrito is really “CRAZY”!!! Very fresh, delicious, and mouth-watering. You can taste different flavors after the first bite. Those flavors are so harmonious to each other that I keep biting it and enjoying the flavors until I make sure it is completely in my stomach. Haha…… I don’t think you can find another sushi burrito like this in this entire Clark County.
