Great Service. Good food. Atmosphere friendly. Ordered fried mushrooms- a tad salty for my liking but certainly plentiful. Chicken Sandwich spicy but delicious per the hub. Cobb salad fresh & satisfying. The peach cobbler was just right! Will return.

Vasquez Squad
Today we visited this new location and were pleased. The only thing I can say is the gumbo was extremely salty (and I LOVE salt), but this one was just even a bit much for me. We also had to wait a bit for a side of dressing that was needed for our salad. Thankfully there were other things to munch on in meantime. Shrimp Campechana was loaded and tasted pretty good, and Chicken Willie with mushrooms was also flavorful. Excited to try their drinks and will return during their Happy Hour from 2-6p on another day . They have a nice shaded seating area outside with corn hole & is also Pet friendly. (See rules)

Our waitress was Cheyenne, my wife and I were really impressed. Even asked when she would be working so we can have the same level of service! Food was excellent at a fair price so no complaints! To us, Cheyenne was solely the “over the top service” we didn’t expect. Fun and energetic! Cheyenne was very attentive and friendly with us. We will definitely be back and if Cheyenne’s level of service is the standard….we will definitely be “regulars”. Thank you so much Cheyenne for amazing service and to the cooks…. the very satisfying great food! We will definitely see y’all very soon ! I wish I took photos but we ate every last piece as I was thinking about what an experience we had for our first time here!

I’m thrilled that Willie’s just opened in Kyle, Texas. When I went there with my partner, I was impressed by the service. They asked us if we wanted a drink while we were in line, and they served us drinks while we waited, which I loved! The long wait in line wasn’t too bad. I had the Mahi Mahi taco with two sides (fries and coleslaw), and I was very impressed with the Mahi Mahi taco; it was delicious! The fries were also really good, and I couldn’t stop eating them. The coleslaw was okay, but it had a lot of mayo in it. I also had a frozen margarita, which was delicious with no complaints. My partner ordered the tender bites with buffalo sauce, and they looked great, but unfortunately, they were served cold. The waiter immediately apologized and remade a new one, which was brought back by the general manager to emphasize their apologies. We really appreciated their attentiveness! My fiancé loved the tender bites in the end. We also requested them to add closed captions to all the TVs due to ADA law, and we hope that by our next visit, all the TVs will have captions turned on. Overall, my experience at Willie’s was awesome. I loved the vibe, and the people were so nice. I will definitely come back often!

This place passed the vibe check for me! Great drinks, great food, and great service! First day open and we didn’t wait long to order and then we sat ourselves. The patio area is nice and fans everywhere!! There wasn’t a moment where I felt uncomfortable from this heat. The servers were so nice and took care of everything. If you needed a refill you didn’t need to wait long. We will definitely be back. I think I’ve found one of my new favorite spots!
