My first time eating here I ordered a chicken sandwich and regular fries. While they tasted fine, the overall value was awful. For about $15, I got what was essentially a McDonald’s medium fry and a kid’s size piece of chicken on a bun. I was still hungry afterwards. For that price, I could have gotten 2 Chick-fil-A meals, which would have been bigger individually, prepared quicker and tasted better.

Got a chicken sandwich. The flavor was good, but it was essentially a chicken tender on a bun. The photo I posted only has two bites out of it. Was sold as “the same chicken Chick Fil A gets but we use the thigh and they use the breast.” Well they don’t charge $7 for theirs and the breast covers the bun. Fries were great, but $4. Now a roach is crawling by as I type this. Eat somewhere else.

I was impressed with my GF burger! The bin was good and not too thick, it was soft and really complemented the burger. My boys all had french fries and said they were the best fries ever! Also, staff members were on top of table turnover!! Tables were cleaned and ready to go within a minute or 2 max after other customers left. Would totally encourage you to go and try this place out!!

Over priced burger that didn’t taste good. The person at the register has an attitude issue. The fries were salty. Tasted like they dumped the whole salter shaker into the fries. Don’t eat there. Save your money and time. You’re better of getting a sub, sushi, or pizza.

Not worth it at all. The burger is over priced and not seasoned. I would be willing to $17 for a burger, fries and a milkshake if they were good but in this case it wasnt worth it.

These burgers are one of the top 10 burgers I’ve had. Absolutely loved the Classic, and it sucks there aren’t any Wegmans in Ohio! Are these burgers expensive? Yes they are but it’s worth trying at least once. Highly recommended.

It upset me that I ordered a $10 burger which didn’t come with fries AND it wasn’t impressive in the slightest. I’ll walk next door to BurgerFi and get and exceedingly better burger and fries for less. To clarify, I didn’t hate it. But the price point is way too high for a food court-style meal.

Unseasoned burger… overpriced… I felt sad eating it. $16 is laughable. Also paper straws are garbage. Eat at the sandwich shop instead or buy a bag of chips from the store you’ll be happier.
