This is the worst customer service. My husband was in the drive thru line for 45 minutes only to get hard biscuits and chicken that was fried to long. Once he got home I called the store, the manager told me she would replace the chicken, my husband was like do I have to stay in line for that long period of time she said Sir I cant do nothing about the line. ( she could have said I will drop you some fresh chicken so park on the side and I will bring it out to you) I asked for her name she said ma’am you don’t need my name because I am not talking rude to you, I said I do need it, she said what for, I told her I will be calling corporate. I told her my chicken was spicy she said it was not because I only dropped mild. ( They put a spicy wing in my box alone with the breast and thighs she told us we could only have) so I am a liar now. I tried to tell her it was spicy, she got offended and said are yall going to come get this chicken or what so I will know to drop it. I guess we took to long she said we are already short of staff and just hung up in my face. These people need better training or another job. She think I wont get her name and store number but its a matter of time. I remember her, she is always rude looks at you funny and will not speak or great you when she takes your order. If everyone stop going she will not have a job. I wouldn’t hire her to bathe my dog. Customer Service is not it.

They had over 8 cars they had asked to pull up. There was no more room to pull up, as they had made them line up on both sides of the drive. Then, they got aggravated at me, because it wouldn’t drive around the restaurant to make space to park behind more. I only came because we’re in town for three days, and my daughter loves their food. Last night, most of our order was wrong when we got back to the hotel.

Been here regularly. Food is good and they typically have okay service. However this time I received a glare, snide remark, and eye-roll when our food came out and we didn’t realize it. Upon all of our orders being wrong and no receipt given, I had to pay for a replacement sandwich because a bite was taken out of the wrongly-given one.

Went through the drive-thru, and a young lady came on the intercom and immediately said “We only have chicken”. I said “OK, cool…can I get the sandwich combo?”. Her reply, “We only have chicken”. I then asked, “Well, what is the sandwich made of??”, since your only comment/reply is “We only have chicken”. Just rude, childish, and unprofessional, for no reason. With the number of complaints on attitudes, the company should really start stressing the importance of how to treat customers, properly.

The popcorn shrimp was good because I waited for them to fry some up, but the chicken strips, the biscuit and the red beans and rice were horrible, and even though my taste buds and intuition were rejecting the strips which were like leather and had a chemical taste, I ate them.. and then I was up sick at 3 am until sunrise!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with customer service. Went through the drive thru and asked for strawberry biscuts. Guy answering rudly says we don’t sell those anymore. I told him they are on the menu and he raised his voice and said no their not. I told him they were out here then just ordered a 6 piece biscuit. He said, again rudely, what do you want. I said 6 piece biscuit. He rudely says is that it. I didn’t answer and drove up. Saw the guy, he didn’t come to the window. He is a tall black guy with an afro. Heavy set black girl that came to the window needs customer service training also. I asked her 3 times for honey and she ignored me until I reached out to grab my food and raised my voice for honey. This was on 4-22-2023, at roughly 10:50 am. If people do not like the job they have they shouldn’t stick around and then they ruin the business people like going to.
