I was searching for somewhere to have lunch with my mother and grandmother before a movie and I came across Pilón on Google maps. We were pleasantly surprised by the food and service. The food was delicious and even my picky eater grandmother enjoyed it all. The service by Melissa was phenomenal. They had Latin music playing in the background and the location was clean, pretty and overall great atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back!

First time visiting Pilón Miami. We were greeted by Chef Yudimig. Our waitress Michelle was excellent. All of the staff made a point to come by our table, including Bartender Martin. Appetizer, Main Entree and Dessert were amazing. We ordered the Salmon which is not on the review. Highly recommended.

Super disappointed , I had high expectations to go eat here as I’m always looking for nice places to eat and came across u guys and saw u guys were hiring servers, I advised my daughter who has a few years of experience and very good references to go and apply, well she did, for one who ever was the one interviewing didn’t even have the decency to shake my daughters hand when she walked in and introduced herself, two he didn’t even give her the time of day to speak. Due to just this I will never walk in or recommend anyone to go there ever, this tells me a lot about the restaurant and the service you provide, your food may be great but at the end of the day it’s all about how u treat someone when they walk in, so disappointing. You now want to blame Covid, nice one, when my daughter introduced herself and went to give the person interviewing her hand he at least could of said I’m sorry I don’t give hand shakes, or given a reason why not, say something, not treat her like he did, he made her feel horrible, it’s hard enough these days for people to get employment especially in restaurants be respectful, don’t make people feel worthless that’s what you did.
