Fantastic European-style pastries and breads which are refreshingly NOT sugary-sweet. The true flavors of the butter and other ingredients are delightful. Fresh homemade sandwiches. Wonderful coffees and teas. We were super impressed on our first visit. Owner (Colin) is delightfully funny and very friendly. We’ll be back.

We ordered a raspberry mousse tart for our daughter’s birthday last month and we were all wowed, especially the birthday girl! It was so light and summery tasting, the crust was perfect as was the chocolate on top. Wonderful little spot in downtown Cornelia, enjoyed a flaky croissant and coffee while I was there. Collin is fantastic at what he does!

This place is a gem in a small town like Cornelia. Truly an artisan bakery. I’ve yet to have anything I didn’t thoroughly enjoy. Chocolate croissant, danish, and the cinnamon swirl are amongst my favorites. The baker, Colin, is as nice a guy as you’ll ever meet. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Colin is such a talented baker! So far I have tried his focaccia, sourdough loaves (and at a great price!), scones and delicious pastry. But what takes the cake are his cinnamon swirls – after moving back home from London all I wanted was to have an authentic European style pastry and most especially a flaky sweet and perfectly cinnamon-y swirl. I can confidently say that all of his pastries satisfied that craving I’ve had for nearly two years now! Colin also is a very friendly guy, and Cornelia is incredibly lucky to have him! Best part is, we are from the same part of London 🙂
