I understand that places are still short-staffed. However, the waitress came over and took our drink order and we didn’t see her for another 10 minutes, when she finally came back with our drinks, she said she would be right back to get our order, and that was another 20 or so minutes, was it worth the weight absolutely! The third is phenomenal!

Mariah was exceptional. 30+ customers all by herself. My taco salad was great. Hubby’s onion rings weren’t edible, and his steak was over cooked. But over all we’d come back. Thanks!

Love the bartender. She has a great personality. Didn’t catch her name but she wears her hair in a short bob. Makes a killer drink!!! Food was fantastic. Loved every bite. The palce has a comfortable relaxed feel. Will definitely go back.

The menu promises all the fixin’s on the burgers, but both our burgers only had the meat and cheese and special toppings. We had to ask for lettuce, tomato, pickles and onions and had them handed to us by a surly waitress. Otherwise the food was ok, but the service was meh. And the waittress offered me a $5 beer and then charged me $7.50. We were going to stay and play pool and have a couple more beers, but she was so rude, we left as quick as possible.

After hearing about the great reviews, I attempted to take my family here for one of my boys bday and the other’s school promotion. 1st impression was awkward, as we were not even acknowledged when walking thru the door, and as we attempted to sit down we were told by the waitress, “I hope you’re not in a hurry bc I’m the only one here.” We were patient enough to say no we didnt mind waiting at all. After about ten minutes of waiting I attempted to get a pitcher of beer from the bar when the waitress said she’d bring it to our table. I then proceeded to wait another 10 minutes before she comes over and asks ” what beer did you want?” I told her and she disappeared only to start serving drinks to the rest of the maybe 3 or 4 tables that had walked in after us. Another 5 minutes went by and the pitcher had yet to be served when I noticed two ladies walk in and sit at the bar. They were served immediately, and the bartender/ waitess even came around the bar ducked between them and took a huge double/ triple shot with them. At that point, I recognized that our server had other priorities besides delivering an excellent experience for my paying family and I. This lady had turned away paying customers based off her own prejudices towards families and her need to scratch her itch for a fix. We had a party of 7, so if she had managed her time accordingly, think of how generous her tip may have been. I’d love to try this place, but not if the service is consistently this bad. There’s plenty of other places in Stevens County to enjoy a good meal that don’t patronize you or shun you for bringing your family in to celebrate on a special occasion.
