I really enjoyed my night here as I was treating a few friends who haven’t eaten here. My waitress, Felicity, was very attentive and polite. She was beyond knowledge of the food options available. They have gluten-free pastas as well as vegetarian and vegan options on there menu. There was only a five minute wait for such a busy Friday night. The parking is plentiful and it’s very kid-friendly. Customer service is everything to me so I was elated when the manager, Robin, stopped at each of the tables to see if their service was up to par. My company was beyond satisfied and we’ll definitely be returning.

Went 7/5/23 and it was great, out server was great, food was good. only thing was the light fixture above the table was sooooo dusty and i was worried this was falling into our food!!! i looked around and most all of the light fixtures right above people’s food was dusty! Please clean these regularly

My waitress was excellent. Food quality and manager were well below expectations. This was my first time at this location. I’ve eaten at Olive Garden restaurants all over the city and surrounding areas for decades. Lasagna is my favorite. My daughter and I ordered lasagna. Hers came out ok. Mine was burnt on top. Cheese was dark brown. Waitress took it back and brought out a second one that had no meat between the layers and was very thin compared to my daughter’s serving. I asked for the manager and showed him. He started talking loud and made excuses saying the meat could have oozed out of the sides while cooking. He added another $17.99 on my tab and sent out a third serving in a to go container. Cheese was not even melted and still no meat inside. When I went to pay on the machine on the table is when I noticed the additional charge. Called waitress who said manager had her add it. Thankfully I looked at the total because I usually just swipe my card. Horrible experience.

Do not visit the Almeda location. They are poorly trained and disrespectful. My mom and I went to have lunch at 4 pm on Wednesday. The hostess did not know how to seat us, so we had to wait for another one to come back. Once sat and order drinks and food. The drinks and salad came out. A bit later, the server asked if we needed anything else, I asked for a refill of tea (I never got one). The food came out, and mine was fine. Mom’s was a completely different dish. She told her it was incorrect and repeated her order the server come out about 5 minutes later and asked what the dish was again. I started to eat, slowly thinking mom’s dish would be out soon. Nope, the 3 tables that were seated after us had food, I had almost finished mine. Mom went to find our server, she had never came back, to get the check for my meal. The manager (maybe assistance mng) never once apologized for the poor experience, and was rude when mom stopped to look at the bill to ensure she was not charged for the meal she never got. I will not be returning to this location. At this point I don’t think Olive Garden ever needs my business again. This was extremely unprofessional.

Had dinner with my daughter. I order the chicken Alfredo and was fresh and delicious. Our server was Paul and gave us excellent service. Will definitely come back again. Sorry I was to hungry and took foto of only my salad.
