VERY, VERY, VERY kind! Amazing customer service, I believe this is a family-owned business and the environment here is so heartwarming. I have been 2 times, and both times they have been extremely caring and have made sure I liked my order. I don’t like my drinks to be too sweet, and so I asked for my drinks to be a lot less sweet than normal and they have always made me try my drink and let them know if I want them to make any changes. HOW CUTE!

Don’t let the name fool you. While this place does serve great sandwiches, the real draw is their boba drinks and smoothies. This is the best boba place in the Modesto area. And it’s family owned too so you know you’re supporting a small business rather than a large chain like Quickly which is located in the same shopping center.

The people working here are unbelievably nice. when they know it’s your first time they will hook it up with samples and when you’re ordering they’re not judgy and they’re super friendly. They always seem happy to be there. I’ve gone for years and they may not be perfect but over the years they’ve gotten better and better.

I was deceived. I didn’t come here sooner because I thought it was just sandwiche fare, but they have one of the biggest selection of boba and coffee flavors around. Many common drinks found everywhere but they boast dozens of asian and western flavor combinations not found anywhere else. Italian sodas, sandwiches and wraps round out this place to be a above average lunch spot.

This place is so delicious! Best sandwich I’ve probably ever had! And their boba drinks omg the best, my favorite is the tiger sugar and they have ice cream filled macaroons!
