We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

My mother went and got the two for $4.00. Crispy chicken *pictured* and a hamburger. This crispy chicken is NOT what the picture on the billboard looks like. She’s NOT satisfied in the least. She also asked why was her total more than what was advertised. The cashier said it’s an extra charge for cheese. My mother told her she asked for a hamburger not a cheeseburger. The cashier just disregarded her and gave her her change. I don’t know what has happened with checkers but it’s a hit or miss type of fast food place now. She doesn’t plan on going back.

Great food, is often a goto, went today, and nobody would answer the call box for almost 5 minutes. We pull up to the window and see people inside on the other side, and they come walking rapidly to the window and say it didn’t notify them and it says ‘shortage’ . A car pulls up behind us, it beeps and they take their order after we order. They then tell us to pull around to the online order window to pick up our food so they can handle the vehicle behind us. Takes about 10 minutes to get our food, and they mashed 4 sandwiches, 2 fries and cheese sticks into a single bag. We then had to disassemble said bag to make sure all our food was there before pulling off.

Was on the road and decided to grab a bite for me and the wife. Used to love checker’s burgers and haven’t been in years. Well I’ll continue that tradition.. order this thing with only cheese and ketchup and that was clearly wrong. Then the actual burgers are dry and just not tasty. Then to top it off the wait was two cars in front of me.. it took 25 minutes to get our food…. The guy in the window was unpleasant. The fries were good though.

The person at the window was cussing and being very unprofessional and unfriendly. The food came out quickly and the fries were hot and fresh but the chicken on the sandwich was so hard I couldn’t eat as it was either overcooked or old. The chicken bites in the box were almost nonexistant and the box was filled with mostly fries. I asked for ketchup and Napkins and didn’t get either. Very disappointed in the visit as I truly love the spicy chicken sandwich and fries that checkers usually makes good of.
