Staff was cheerful & nice. Most of the tables were dirty even though there were only 2 or 3 customers so they weren’t really busy. Too many were high tables with barstool seating, which are uncomfortable for many customers. Wouldn’t go out of my way to go back there.

We’ve been looking forward to Jersey Mike’s FINALLY coming to Little Rock, and our first experience there was really disappointing. It was chaotic at lunch when we ordered and our group was wearing masks so maybe there was a failure to communicate…perhaps the young lady who prepared the sandwiches didn’t hear what was requested, or maybe she didn’t understand when we all said we wanted our sandwiches prepared Mike’s Way/fully loaded, we meant we wanted them with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, vinegar, oil, spices, etc….Once we got home and opened our sandwiches all 4 of us realize we’d received sandwiches with only 3 ingredients: bread, meat and cheese. SO DISAPPOINTING. But, to their credit, the 3 components that made up the sandwich weren’t bad. It was just not what we wanted. If you go there: Don’t step away to prepare your drinks. Don’t step away to wait patiently near the pickup area until it’s all done. If you want it done right, make sure you stand right where you can see your order being prepared the entire time.

I ordered the Philly and it did not disappoint. Had they picked a closer location I’d probably visit more. It a refreshing reminder of what a Sub sandwich should be. I’d gladly recommend this place to anyone in the Cantrell/Chenal area.

Ordered ahead today, don’t do it!! They’ll push your already paid for order to the side for people in line. I ordered a sandwich today that was supposed to be ready by 12:18…@ 12:42, 12 minutes beyond my lunch break, I was given my sandwich. They literally let everyone with an online order stand there the entire time they dealt with the lunch rush. Completely backwards. You should always take care of the person who has paid before you take any more orders
