Just had a pizza ordered, literally around 1pm…not sure if it was the delivery driver who couldn’t drive or this happened at the store. But this is what I popped the box and seen. We ordered 2 large pizzas, chicken wings and a 2lt of soda. Said it would arrive with in an hour. Over 2hrs later and 3 calls we received our order. COLD, pizza wasn’t cut! $42 for 2 large pizzas. Ordered got confirmation at 6:33 told about37 to 47 minutes. Got it at 8 cold and missing garlic butter. Paid for extra cheese on one and you could see the base in several places no cheese at all. Even had a piece of pineapple on it. Patience with all the staffing issues OK, but lack of attention to detail and cost was ridiculous. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere or pick up yourself, but that won’t even help if they can’t get the toppings correct.

Ordered and after 30 minutes it said it was on its way, all seemed fine until 45 minutes after it said its on the way it says delivered and it hadn’t actually been delivered. We called and the manager said there’s no way it didn’t arrive because it’s one of his “best drivers” and told us we were lying without actually saying it outright. Never had a bad experience with papa John’s until this, never ordering from here again
