Stopped by Panda this evening and the staff at this time was on point. 7:40ish. Line moved well. Food came up hot and quick. Customer service was excellent. Thank you. To management this crew was doing their thang. Better than i’ve ever seen. Most times is super slow, girl on register is just as slow. Eating area dirty and wait time for food is too long.

By far the worst location in this company ai have visited . No sense of organization. Order was ordered online at 1:15pm and was there close to 2pm and still was not made this cause me to almost be late back from my lunch and the food quality was not great . Employees did not even welcome or acknowledge I was there .

I try my very best not to be “that person” but there’s no way that EVERY time I come to Panda Express the line is out of the front door and does not move. I’ve spent more that 20 minutes at times for food that’s ALREADY READY. There can be 15 employees present and all 15 will be working on online orders/uber eats/doordash etc. No one EVER acknowledges the customers that are present in the store. It’s becoming outrageous and an ongoing problem that no one seems to address so I had to say something.

The line was out the door, no one welcomes you in anymore. Workers look miserable if you don’t want to work don’t work customer service. Then they get mad when you ask for fresh food. Food looks like it stays there all day, poor cleanliness. No one apologizes for the long wait and then management doesn’t help with the lines. Ridiculous!

This was by far the WORST take our meal I have ever ordered. The noodles were so dry, I almost chocked. The Honey chicken breast & Honey walnut was so doughy and chewy as if it had been sitting overnight. Very DISGUSSED with my meal and your entire establishment.

This Panda Express has fallen off from the great establishment it use to be! The food is always dry now and wait times can be long when they don’t cool the food when needed! Today I got the chicken Teriyaki and sad to say my chicken was under cooked with blood still in it. This is my last straw this Panda Express should e shut down! We can use another store units place or new staff and management!

I’m only giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the first few times I came the Asian woman was rude and refused to make fresh food for a line of customers. We all had to pick over the old dried up scraps of food. I understand its a predominantly black area but damn can we get some type of actual customer service. Very disrespectful. Our money is green too. I had to walk out. But today 4/28/17 Panda Express redeemed themselves. I had a craving and I decided to give them one more chance wow has ot done a complete 360. Rafaki, Courtney, and Kavon were very friendly and have excellent customer service skills. I didnt catch the young black man making the food but he was very professional too. The Asian woman was no where in sight and I hope she stays gone lol. The crew to tonight saved a one star review and made it a 4 star. Thank you guys for your professionalism and customer service. It goes a longggggg way with me. I will be back soon.
