This is my go-to place to get vegan pizza. This company hired a plant-based chef to put together their vegan menu, and it shows. This isn’t your cobbled together, barely thought out menu items added to appease us veg-heads. They clearly wanted to make a pizza that vegans would enjoy. From the cheese bread to the pizzas, they have good options. The buffalo, the Tuscano, and the Nashville Hot, are all good. They also have a number of vegan sauces that I enjoyed, from the standard red to the vegan ranch and buffalo sauces. They are also open late, which is a huge bonus.

My fiance is a picky eater and hates cheese on his pizza. Toppers has never once gotten our order wrong of a pepperoni pizza with no cheese. They never burn it like Pizza Hut and Dominos do. Their delivery drivers are also always super nice and take the time to make sure your order is correct. Thank you, Toppers for being the best pizza place we have ordered from!

Took over 2 hours to receive delivered pizzas even though pizza store is about 1/2 block away from hotel we were staying. When I called store to see when delivery might be made, the lady who answered seemed quite irritated by the call and said they a lot pizzas to deliver all over Rochester and she had no idea when we might receive our pizzas. When the pizzas were finally delivered, they were completely COLD! Even if they would have been hot, they were mediocre or poor pizzas at best for the price paid. Certainly won’t buy pizzas from Toppers again.

Rude unprofessional and fraudulent. Placed an online order, they claimed they didnt get our order, but charged our card twice. They refused to make our pizza or refund us. Manager was rude and unwilling to help. Garbage company.
