Can’t go wrong with a Five Guys burger! Consistent quality, always delicious, and lots of topping choices. Service can be a bit slower since the burgers are fresh made to order, but it’s worth the wait. The free roasted peanuts while you wait are a nice touch.

We spent the early afternoon at a family event, then shopping and worked up an appetite. We do very little “fast food” but Five Guys is an option we can agree on across 3 generations in our family, so we looked for the closest location to us with 4+ stars and settled on this location. It was easy to find. Plenty of parking. The first thing I noticed was how spacious the dining area is and includes booth seating. The locations near our home do not have booth seating and tend to be smaller.

Overpriced garbage. The $11 burger was soggy, with no flavor. The $7 milkshake was made with the wrong mix-ins even after the order was read out to employee. Don’t bother with this place.

Prices have gone up and the management at this location is lacking; hence the drop in consistency with their product. Literally saw one guy running the entire back of house while the manager would just pop in and out to take orders. All while 2 others were doing the bare minimum. You know things are messed up when someone comes out from the back at 9 at night to grab another bag of potatoes to prep more fries.

I ordered two burgers today and this is what one of them looked like on the inside (I uploaded photos of the burger in the photos section). When I called to complain, the manager insisted that her cook would NEVER leave pink in a burger, as if I was lying about it. This burger looked absolutely raw in certain areas and I discovered this after I took a few bites. So now I get to wait and see if I get food poisoning for the next few hours.
