Upon arriving, you can order or have already order before you arrive. As a food truck, there are parking spots for you to wait in your car. Since we ordered upon arriving, we decided to eat when we got our Birria Box. We were able to make our tacos of half barbacoa and half res. I came here with my family so we can try together for our first time, and it was the best food. You can easily filled up by the 3rd taco.

We were greeted and helped as soon as we got there. We ordered the pound of barbacoa to have for breakfast. While we waited the staff offered us some charro beans which were delicious. We received the barbacoa with the sides nicely presented. The barbacoa was on the dryer side and not what I was looking for but overall with the salsa and toppings it was a pretty good taco. Will probably go back and try out their birria tacos!

Best Birria barbacoa and corn in Mcallen. Hands down its amazingly delicious! My favorite is the Torta. My husband loves the Birria tacos and my kiddos love the regular barbacoa soft tacos. The variety of barbacoa servings is well thought out in their menu. It’s endless possibilities with this place!

I can’t begin to rave about the experience I had at this taqueria. As we were debating on getting down to eat the waiter approached my family with menus and gave us the option to eat in the car which was awesome because it was very hot outdoors. The waiter/ owner made sure to check on us constantly and brought us napkins, salt, lemons, and salsa without us asking. The service was above anything I’ve experienced and the food was so delicious. The horchata and Jamaica was made fresh and delicious not that powder stuff most restaurants use.

Hands down the best birria tacos I’ve had here while in McAllen along with the barbacoa yet… We were greeted with great service and amazing food! SO I WAS LOOKING FOR SOME DELICIOUS TASTY BREAKFAST MEAL FOR THE FAMILY THIS PLACE POPPED UP….OMG THIS WAS A HIT & A GREAT PLACE TO GET BARBACOA BY THE LB, BARRIA TACOS, TORTILLAS OR SOME FRESH AGUAS FRESCAS!!!!!
