Came to have lunch here with my coworker today I was very satisfied with the service and food I got from this Taco Bell location the lady was new but very friendly and very helpful. The food was good it tasted it very fresh, specially the tomatoes they were crunchy and delicious, try the chicken chalupa the shell it is delicious, the crunch taco was not soggy was very crispy, my favorite the crunch wrapped supreme it was in point crispy fresh and the sauce was yummy, the chicken quesadilla was cheesy but the best part is that sauce that they put on it very spicy but very delicious if you like spicy food, I recommend this location tasty food overall and very friendly staff!

Lately with companies having a hard time getting employees occasionally customers have to wait or like today the ticket got missed in the back and order wasn’t made right away for two people. The food is good I like going to Taco bell. But their bathrooms a lot of time need help also.

I will not be going back to this Taco Bell location again! The professionalism was the worst customer service. I have asked them to change the gloves when the manager was making my food. She was walking in the back to get a bag of cheese! I was literally watching her moving boxes out of her way with the gloves on her hand, opening the freezer door with the gloves on her hand and coming back to the food station area cutting open the large bag of cheese with scissors with the same pair of gloves on! OMG I was extremely aggravated because she has started to make a good order! I politely said ma’am. Can I speak with your manager and she said I AM THE MANAGER! I have asked her why she has kept her gloves on touching everything and started pursuing to make ordered food? She was so rude and said! It’s not my problem for bacteria and communicable diseases! I even explained people can get sick and get sent to the because of the same situation she has just done of me watching her not washing her hands one time but touching everything and everything in an unsanitized situation.

Waited for 28min for my order. Had to go to the counter to see what happened. They skipped me and forgot. It’s gets worse. My order could was completely wrong. The crunchwrap had no meat and the chicken it was supposed to have was on my taco. Seriously. You failed in every way today. I didn’t realize until I got back to work. They also put cinnamon twists in the bag without asking. I’m allergic to cinnamon. Thanks for wasting my time, stealing my money and risking my health.

Not only are my orders regularly wrong because “no tomato” is beyond comprehension, but now they stop taking orders when a truck comes in. Must be store specific because the next taco bell over had no issue taking my order with their truck in the store. Drive the extra five minutes and go somewhere else.

Ordered on the app. Went to the drive thru and the employee said it takes 10 minutes for the order to “show up” for them and I needed to wait for my food in the parking lot. They never came out so I knocked on the window and they ignored us for 20 additional minutes then came out and told us our food was ready and needed to come back to the window in the drive thru. (Instead of bringing it to us like they said they would) Then the entire staff went in the back and hid from us as we waiting and called them. This location stole from us and refused to give us food we paid for.
