I would have to say that I was pretty surprised when visiting Jack’s today in Olive Branch. The staff members were nice. The food was hot and fresh. Even the person taking my order made recommendations since I had only visited Jack’s one time before this occasion. Overall great experience the one thing that I was a little setback about was the state of the men’s restroom. Normally, I do not comment about things like this because I understand that it is a public restroom and it is not always easy to keep up with dirty people every second of the day. But in this case, it was absolutely disgusting so that is the reason why I’m giving this restaurant four out of five stars.

Wanted a quick dinner so ate inside. The place was empty with a couple of cars in drive thru. It was ok, but nothing to get excited over. Cleaning the dining area/tables/etc was non-existent. Found a table we could get by with and had chicken stripes dinners. The food was good, and they got the orders right. If you order a shake, you’re going to have to wait as that is SLOWER. But it was good. Keep your dining area clean Jack’s and you’ll be earning the extra stars easily. No one wants to eat where others leave a mess.

I want to thank the staff at this location in Olive Branch MS. I purchased two chicken dinner meals with deserts last week and there was a delay. The regional or higher Manager was there and gave me an apology and comp. Today without dispute the comp was honored with great customer service even when I only requested one meal. I left with the same two. That is awesome customer service that deserves a hand of applause.

Waited over 15 minutes for dine in food. Had to go to counter and they had given our order to someone else. Ordered Soythern Made Meal Deal for 5.99. Chicken was good on sandwich but only had 4 pickles. Nothing else. Very dry. No katsup available. Not a good experience. Kitchen area was cluttered and dirty. Drove 14 miles down Goodman Rd to get here but will not bother to do it again.

Still need more i Improvemen . So I don’t know what the policy is at this location where you play with your hair with no gloves on and rub your eyes handling food but I could tell that she was new and probably within experience but however the ones that were there could have explained that to her that you need to wash your hands food was a little better I still think you should hire better people than what you got but that’s just my opinion and judging from what few people that come in there I still don’t think it’s worth having open but give it a try see what you think best of luck to everyone this is my last time going to this location

Went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 chicken dinners all dark. The order taker repeated my order and it was right……at this point. When the lady at the window repeated my order she didn’t say anything about all dark. I asked her if they was all dark and she said no. Another lady came up to the window and was very rude. With much attitude she said “we don’t do that no more”. Awful funny I got an all dark chicken dinner earlier in the week. I keep saying we’re done eating here but haven’t stopped yet. I’m done now. There’s no hope for this location. I eat at the Corinth and Iuka locations frequently but not sure I’m ever going to darken the door of another Jacks again.

Slow is not the word to describe how our experience went. It took us a hour to get our meal. When I asked the girl at the counter how much longer she replied 20-10… I was like what? Had a couple come in after we had been waiting for about 45 minutes get their food before their drinks were ready???? Will not be back….

How do run out of condiments no ketchup on a friday at 3pm this unacceptable. Then our order was lost and people after got their order first. Some of the workers are rude saying disrespectful coments. We will not come back to this mismanaged store.

Stop by the location on Hacks Cross Rd in Olive Branch, Ms. Food was good but the black girl who waited on me was anything but friendly. Handed me my bag of food without even looking at me or thanking me for stopping by. Talking about racism. I said thank-you to her but she just mumbled you are welcome. Not good business.
