Agree with everyone else this is likely the worst pizza ordering experience I’ve had. My order rode in a vehicle for 40 minutes (we live less than 2 miles away, I could have walked faster) the order was cold (of course) and missing items. The manager (who doesn’t have to provide his name as a “private citizen” HA HA) was an absolute jerk and would not refund my money for the items paid for and not received. I do not want a credit, I do not want to do business here again nor do I want to wait another 40 minutes for them to deliver items they’ve done something gross to because they have totally bad and unprofessional attitudes. I want the money I paid for products not received returned to me.

Order med pizzas for delivery. Watched the ordering tracking. Items were in the quality que for 35 mins. When our pizzas arrived at our house we recieved the wrong pizza and one that was dry and hard as the cardboard box it came in. Called the store and was told I could get a credit, a replacement but would not be delivered to me for 90mins, unexceptable, after already waiting over an hour originally. When we asked to speak to the Manager we were told they are in a rush and he was not available to talk to us. So we could call back after the rush or they would take our name and number and when he could help he would call back.

I have ordered here several times. Everytime I ask for extra alfredo because I know cooking it down cooks it out. 3 times over the last 3 times I’ve asked for it I sent it back. This time I ordered and asked for extra. I picked up my food and once again no sauce. I was so upset I decided to take it with me and finally put a picture up. I could understand if I didn’t ask, but I do…over and over and over…every single time 🙁 thin crust pizza was atleast good but cold…I guess we will be going back to mod pizza. Thank goodness for toppings and jar sauce I guess.

this was the worst delivery experience of my life. first, my order “didnt include my apartment number” so my pizza never delivered. i called for them to send another FRESH pizza. i wait of course. the pizza that was delivered was the FIRST pizza i ordered. i know because the receipt was the time i ordered first. i waited over 2 hours for cold disgusting pizza and parmesan bites i am furious. never again will i order from here.

Was craving a pan pizza for weeks, finally decided to order despite the reviews. Not to my surprise it sucked! Definitely would of been fine if even one slice was decent, I just needed to curve this craving I’ve had! I tried a bite out of almost all the pieces but the dough is definitely old or not proofed properly. The whole pizza is chewy and the dough is condensed except for the few spots where it’s paper thin. Not the pan pizza I use to order from my old dominos before I moved closer to this one sadly. We waited 20 min for our pizza to be brought to our car since we did curbside. It was past their “time limit” but when they finally brought our food we got cinnamon sticks when we ordered garlic sticks. Pizza wasn’t warm and wrong side. Ugh
