From a 5 star review when I first ate here to now a 1 and me no longer welcome to eat here. New and completely relocated to Watford about 8 months ago. I oversee a business as well and it saddens me to give this review of such a great place to eat. We loved eating at the grill, food was overpriced but fantastic so we were able to justify. Service and wait time on other hand had been dropping. Today my family and I had to wait over 1.5 hrs and after that time couldn’t wait anymore due to schedules. During the 1.5 hrs time we recieved refills 2x on coffee and water and last 30 minutes had none.

Was excited to try this place. I sat down, I got a menu and a cup of coffee and asked for a glass of water. I waited almost 20 minutes, watched the server take others orders, and didn’t even bat an eye at me. I would understand if it was busy, but the place was pretty empty. Won’t be back unfortunately, just walked out and didn’t even pay for the coffee.
