I come here every so often and it’s been average. I ordered food to pickup through Chipotle lane and when I got home my burrito bowl was a disgusting mess like someone just took scoops of food and threw it in a dish. My girlfriends quesadilla looked like someone smashed it. When I picked up the door the girl just said “name?” No hello and rolled her eyes. This happened 7/13/2023 2:30pm. Don’t waste your money on sloppy food and bad service.

Stopped here for a quick bite on the way home the other day. The staff was so nice! I have a gluten allergy and the staff was so great about changing their gloves, getting fresh ingredients for me and didn’t make me feel like a burden.

Don’t go here for a pickup order. If you ask for extra meat, they will just blatantly give you the same amount and charge you extra. If you request extra salsa or anything that doesn’t cost extra, they will just straight up ignore it and put the regular amount. Chipotle will skimp you on every ingredient if you place an order for pickup.

Awful service. Rude, like you’re bothering them. At 7pm they only have 3 tacos left, omg this is a taco shop?? Then the lettuce and sour cream containers are empty. I asked if I can have some extra sour cream, because he was scraping the empty container. He comes back with the sour cream and the ignorant worker puts a ton on, like way too much, on purpose, so rude. I was very polite throughout this ordeal. Then to top it off, when I tried to use my gift card to check out, he said they can’t take gift cards because their wifi is down. But they can take any other form of payment. Wow!!! I left without my food. I live 2 mins from this mismanaged dump, I won’t be back. I will drive by and go to Jalapeños on Mineral Spring Ave in North Providence. Better food and better service.

Placed an $80 dollar drive thru order, get home to find more than half of it is missing, called them and they said no problem and that they would remake the order, go back for them to just give me the bag they forgot to give me in the first place that had been sitting there for an hour and now had cold burritos instead of just remaking it like they said they would. Went back in to ask them to remake the burritos and the manager on duty was super rude and passive aggressive. Customer service sucks.

My fiancé and I ordered chipotle for the first time ever. Worst decision ever! The food was horrible. Chips were stale. The rice in our burrito was hard and uncooked. They wouldn’t give us the watermelon limeade that we ordered with our meal. Instead gave us a small coke. Was such a waste of time and money coming here. We will never order chipotle ever again after that awful experience we had. Very disappointing!!

Do not order ahead here it will be wrong most the time. Today I ordered a bowl with extra cheese and salsa got light cheese and no salsa. I wish I checked my order before leaving it was definitely a let down to have a dry bowl. Typically if I order In line it’s out of the park

I visited this Chipotle 4-5 mins before closing. This is something that never do as I appreciate that the people working there probably want to clean up and be done for the night…especially on a Friday. EVERY employee we interacted with was not only pleasant but friendly. The food was consistent (good) as I have come to expect from the other locations and the eating area was clean, although we did not stay to eat. Excellent hiring and training Chipotle. Good on you!
