I am only giving a 5 star shout out to Megan at the drive thru window Friday 2/17/23 who actually looked at my ticket/bag before handing it to me and realized they did not add the side of BV dressing. Would be leaving ZERO STARS if possible! Waited over a half hour in the drive thru with three cars in front of me and only one car had gotten their order. Over a half hour for one order to be completed through the drive thru is ridiculous. Chose to not wait any longer. Will not be back!

Got there a good thirty minutes before closing waited till 9 for our food and get home to find out the meatballs are completely burnt to the point they are half the size as usual and un edible my other sandwich is soggy and falling apart. Very disappointed and sad to say will not be going back for dinner. Spent good money after a long day just for a dinner I cant eat.

Food was done about 5mins early which was ok with me seeing that I arrived early but if I would have arrived on time my sandwich would have been soggy due to the items I had on my sandwich. Jus make sure if u schedule a time to pick it up u r there 5-10mins early so ur hoagie isn’t soggy

Never had a bad sandwich here. Always like I order it and in a timely manner. Staff is always really courteous. Best of all, they help provide much needed equipment for fire emergency services, through donations made with every purchase. They even sell their 5 gallon buckets that their pickles come in, and that money goes to first responders too. If you ask me, that’s a great business model.

It was my first time going to a firehouse sub restaurant. I want to say the place and area looked clean and presentable. As for the inside of the restaurant, it was well kept and clean. Loved the minimalist look the restaurant has. Bathrooms were also clean, that’s always good to know. As for the food?..it was delicious. I got myself a New York-style sub. Which I would totally recommend. The prices are a bit high but you are paying for a good quality sub and also for what I read they also give a percentage back to a cause. Employees were friendly and charismatic. Loved the experience and the sub, Would I go back? Yes, I would.
