Shout out to Wendy Tucker she needs a big boy raise. Even though it was a simple mistake on my order. Upon pick up she had already fixed the issue and gave me options for solution. Haven’t eaten pizza hut in about 10 years and let me tell you , haven’t missed it. Now I see why I don’t crave it anymore, nasty, just plain nasty. Never ever again , pasta had hardly any sauce , good was cold, you can taste the yeast in the cheese sticks that’s how old they were and the melts lmao a joke

I’m sorry walking in to this pizza hut and looking around!! People think twice before you order here seriously!!!! This place is nasty and picture will tell the story!!!! Even tho you can’t eat in. The female that takes orders on the phone was out side smoking a cigarette then came in walked behind the counter passed the sink didn’t wash her hands and went to help cut pizza. That is the nasty thing a person can do plus the floors look like they haven’t been mopped in months. And the door you walk in too have so many smear marks and it hasn’t been cleaned as well. This store don’t get NO RATING!!

I placed a order through the app. I was charged for the food and did not receive all of it. I was told I tipped over $8 dollars when I tipped around $2. And now I’m am here day 2 still no food and now have to wait 3 – 5 business days for a refund that has to be approved instead of honored… I am very unsatisfied and hungry but will eat else where from now on.

Pan pizza isn’t the same anymore… looks, tastes and feel like the hand tossed. Not worth the extra money anymore. Had the pizza remade because it was hand tossed and then the newly made “pan” pizza came out almost the exact same. Sad days for pizza hut…
