We walked in and were the only customers inside. We then waited for about 5 minutes at the counter to order. Took their sweet time coming over to take our order. Proceeded to fill every other except ours. We waited nearly 30 minutes before we even were able to get our food. Mind you we said something 15-20 minutes into waiting for our food. They then proceeded to make it problem at every turn just trying to fill our order. Once we got our food it wasn’t even correct. We were lucky to get a refund from them. My recommendation is go to anywhere but here for chicken; go to bogangles or wimpies.

I ordered chicken tenders, I got 3 pieces of bone in chicken. I ordered Mac and cheese and didn’t get it. I ordered French fries and they were greasy and salty. I was told they don’t carry milk. I was taking young children to the park for a picnic and ended up with nothing they would eat. When I called the KFC to at least drive back and get the mac and cheese, I was asked if I had my “ticket.” I never got a “ticket”. There was no attempt to make amends. I was not yelling, I was not unreasonable and I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS KFC.

We chose to dine in the trip. Had to wait a about 10 minutes to place our order, due to a busy drive thru, mind you we were the only ones in line on the inside. (Not a problem) We placed our order, fixed our drinks and took a seat……25 minutes later we’re still waiting. All the while we are watching order after order after order fly out the drive thru window. Five other customers came in after we had sat down, 4 of those orders were filled. We are still waiting. After asking about our order, they tell us it was bumped off the board. But instead of stopping and filling out order, we watched them fill 3 more drive thru orders and we’re still waiting. Hangry and waiting, 45 minutes we have been waiting and still no food, no apology and no offer of discount. Finally get our food, dried out, mixing crust and wrong. We returned the tray to the counter and requested a refund. Still no apology. Left went to Bojangles and have hot correct meal.

Each month, my employer provides me with a GrubHub meal credit. I live almost an hour away so I place my order ahead of time for pickup. This is the third month in a row (due to limited options) that I have ordered from this location and it is not ready. The first month, I placed my pickup order the night before. When I drove to the restaurant to pick it up, they told me they didn’t have my order. I showed them my emails and texts proving they did and a rude comment was made that they saw it the day before and couldn’t figure out why someone would order a day ahead, so they tossed my order. The next month, I placed my order just a few hours early and attempted to pick it up, only to find that there would be a 20 minute wait because they were busy. I finally got my order and went on my way. Tonight, I tried again to order. I drove an hour to get there and when we arrived, we were told they “just received the order like 10 minutes ago” (when my text showed an hour in advance) and informed me they had no chicken ready, so it would be 45 minutes! I told them we drove an hour and they did not care. We were told that maybe 30 minutes and we told them we would drive to get gas and come back. We did & finally got our order.

Just ordered KFC using DoorDash when it was delivered I got cold macaroni and cheese a hard biscuit overcooked fries semi-warm chicken tenders with no sauce. Absolutely pathetic couldn’t have been any worse

Absolutely horrible customer service. Employees yelling back and forth about other employees and how they didn’t do their jobs and it’s making it hard on them instead of taking orders…..stood up front for about 10 minutes waiting to even tell them our order just for the employee to be on their cell phone while taking the order. Customers were sitting in cars lined up waiting for food that they pulled up from drive thru. 20 minute wait time on any chicken to be cooked is what we were told and no pot pies were left either. Customers from drive thru coming in and out back and forth from their cars wanting to know where their food was. Employees still at this point yelling back and forth about how mad they are at shift before them. Drive thru employee still on cell phone but outside in parking lot at this point with bag of food looking for where it went. This place is a joke! Dirty dining room and filthy bathrooms. Will never come back we will make the drive to go elsewhere from now on. Do better KFC

I’m an Uber Eats Driver and they prioritized walk in and drivethrough orders over my job. They took thier sweet time getting the food for my delivery ready and the restaurant was unsanitary. No gloves after touching face and other surfaces they didn’t wash thier hands. Do not eat here.
