I ordered delivery and 45 minutes after it said delivered I called and was on hold for an additional 20 minutes. I then drove to the store ask where my order is, listening to the two employees ignoring every call coming in. Then a second customer comes in saying the same that he waited over 2 hours and no food had arrived and he was getting the food for his 90 year old mom. The two girls in the store then ended up snapping and yelling at him saying they were going to cancel his order and for him to go to McDonald’s if he wants food and to never order from their store as if they were the owners. Then the delivery driver, who according to the website delivered my order an hour ago, showed up with my food TO THE STORE. To my surprise, the food was ice cold. I’ll never order from this location again, horrible customer service who clearly hate their jobs.

Horrible customer service. Called in to place an order repeated myself 5 times and still yet the other person made it complete it wrong. When I got my delivery it was completely not what I had ordered. I called to speak to someone about it and they simply hanged up the phone. I called from another number asked to speak to the supervisor and again hanged up the phone. This is horrible customer service for any establishment will no longer be ordering from here with that poor customer service.

I decided to come on my lunch break that’s 1 hour. Just ordered 2 chicken Alfredo and there was only one staff which I understand. I spent a total of 20 mins almost 30 mins waiting for her to make my order. I made it to work late. If you choose to come here to eat during you’re lunch break don’t. The wait is super long.

Just received the completely wrong order. Called the store number per my email confirmation and was connected to a call center in another country!!! They have transferred me twice to the store and I’ve been hung up on twice. I’m now on hold for a third time. The foreign rep I’m now speaking to can’t find the store that I’m supposedly calling. I’ve repeated the address four times now and she still can’t figure it out. I cannot believe Dominos it outsourcing their calls to people who can’t even figure out how to manage the calls. I need a refund for this wrong order.

I’d give 15 stars!! I have visited 3x to this place for the past month and 3/3 has been exceptional. From the crust to cheese and toppings, absolutely no complaints. Never disappointed with toppings and cheese and sauce amount. Highly recommend it!! Will be returning again !!

Super bad. I never recived my order. I called to customer care and they are only for make order not to help customer . I went to the place and the Sales told me that my pizza will we recived soon. Placed order for pizza, chicken wings and salad. Tracker showed order in preparation for over 20 minutes in quality inspection for about 25 minutes, received order over one hour and then some later without the salad, pizza did not have marinara or tomato sauce and driver told me he was alone and would bring me the salad later. Tried calling and you can’t talk to anyone they have this endless commercial. Last time I order from Domino’s I went out on a limb this time because the time prior my experience was a similar one. I guess they are just not ready to deliver on their advertisements
