The cashier needs to be educated in customer service. I live 1.7 miles from this store, and I asked her if they delivered to my address. She said yes. I told her the website said they don’t. She said there was a flaw in the app. I asked her if I paid for my order could they deliver it to my house, so I wouldn’t have to wait? She said no. (I don’t understand that.) I think she just needs to be taught the basics.

Recently had a terrible experience with an order. However after calling to speak with a member of management to inform her of my experience, the Manager carefully listened as I explained what happened and she immediately made the situation right. When a customer feels that some kind of injustice had occurred all we can really expect is a member of management listens to what happened,put themselves in our position and do exactly what they would want to be done if they were the actual customer..

The pizza is fine. What I didn’t appreciate was being preached at by the employee. This is a place of business, not worship, and I find pushing religion in this environment to be an infringement of my religion. It’s unacceptable.

I’m officially done ordering from the East Greenville, PA location. Every single time we order delivery, the order takes anywhere from 90 minutes to 2 hours. 45 minutes after our food was ready, we called and they said the driver would “be back in 15 minutes” as if our food hadn’t already been sitting there, and in the past, our food has just never been delivered.

I placed an order for delivery for at noon and it wasn’t delivered until 2pm. I understand everyone is understaffed and it’s a busy time of year but when you place the order and it says 30 minute delivery time, and there’s no easy way to cancel the order if you order through the app. The delivery driver Kevin was great however, he was very apologetic and very kind. His kindness was the redeeming factor for my order.

Just walked in to redeem 30 points to get free bread twists and it says that the store doesn’t accept the code. I showed them the app wasn’t letting me redeem it there and they said to contact customer service because it has nothing to do with them. I contacted 1800 dominos and they said that they should honor the redeem because it seems its a system error. But dominos won’t honor it. I guess despite new management it still is the same we don’t care about customer attitude. Never again from this location
