I was impressed with the nice change! I went through the drive-through, and there were three cars in front of me. However, the line moved so quickly and the young man at the window was very polite. He talked clearly, politely and he smiled, which is a big deal for me. He looked happy to be there, and customer service like that is important to me. I will definitely be coming back.

We drove 20 minutes to try the new dipping tacos. When we got there, we used the kiosks to place our orders. AFTER placing the orders, we were told they were out of taco tortillas, and they offered crunchy instead – we did not want crunchy. So, they said they would give us chalupa bread instead, at no extra charge (why would that even be an option as this wasn’t our fault). They then told us that the dipping taco meat would take 20 minutes to prepare because they were out – we opted to wait. They brought us all our other food immediately (after asking them not to, since this was take-out) which meant it would get cold while waiting. We asked that they remake it when the rest was ready, to which we were met with eye-rolling and the employee exclaiming “well, they don’t want their food!” And another stating “damn!” We were then told they were completely out of mountain dew, and diet mountain dew (this is what we ordered, 5 drinks’ worth) and didn’t offer to check their back stock further. We finally received all food for our order, got home, and discovered a couple of missing items and a few incorrectly made items. The food was thrown together and very lack-luster. We were very disappointed, especially since this was $70 worth of food.

They messed up my order. So I called to get it fixed. The guy said I need to bring the food back to get it fixed or refunded. So they mess up, and it cost me more gas and time. Terrible restaurant with terrible employees. The manager (a guy) was rude as hell.

Rewriting my review. Staff quick to not take orders and direct you to Kiosk so they can continue their conversation. Tables were dirty with sauce packets and cheese. Mens bathroom was gross. Paper on the floor… Urinal was running wasting water and when brought up to staff they said its been like that… What can you expect with this newer generation workforce… The bare minimum…

they messed up my order, and I drove 30 minutes before my friend started to eat and realized that it was not correct at all. Then I come in to fix her order, I order ONE taco. They take 30 minutes and still don’t have my order, charge me, are giving food to people that ordered after me. Like what the hell is going on? Terrible. Absolutely terrible

Restaurant kind of dirty. Ice machine still broken. Waited for a LONG time to have someone take my order….not everyone wants to use the kiosk! No napkins. It was barely 11am. No excuse.

This is the second time in a row I’ve came to this Taco Bell and they didn’t tell us they didn’t have everything to make the food correctly and I got home with half the items missing in my burritos and our nachos and still charged full price how hard is it just to let us know instead of just doing it and waiting to find out when I get home
