DO NOT ORDER CATERING. The chicken, burger meat and tater tots were burnt. I think they used the previous days meats and reheated them. It was absolutely disgusting. Whoever the catering manager is should not have let this order go out the door. We catered to 20 employees and almost everyone threw their food in the trash. This is ridiculous. If I could give less than 5 stars, I would.

Very disappointed. My daughter’s burger was medium rare in some spots and well-done in others. For someone who prefers well-done this isn’t very appetizing. Having to wait 30 minutes for a burger that is medium rare doesn’t make things better either.

I would never eat here again. Threw our food in trash went to get milk shake cause we were starving milkshake machine filthy! We were the only people in the store.There were fries, hamburg buns,wrappers and straw wrappers under the counter were it looks like floor has not been swept in days. Went to Check restroom and I seen better in a bar! Trash was over flowing and the waitress went in the back and felt it was more important to talk to the staff then do her job!! I will be making a report!!!!!

Burgers are exactly what you want from a really good burger…excepting maybe the mayo and drippings that always seem to run down to your elbows when you’re double-handing it up to your mouth to get that first big, juicy bite! My elbows did not require bibbing up before sinking into this deliciousness!

I placed an order online and picked up at the drive-through. It was well worth the wait. I ordered the basic smash cheese burger and onion straws they both were fresh and delicious. I will definitely recommend it; at least the location in Sandhills.

Recommend NOT using the inside soda ice dispenscer. Appears they haven’t cleaned it for a very long time. Huge nasty black chunks in the chute. I can only assume the drive thru is just as neglected. Maybe they will start paying attention, but at 12:30pm on 7/22/23 it was bad. Manager appoligized and gave us ice from BOH machine.
