I used to love eating at Pizza Hut. Didn’t matter which location it was, they all got it right. But now it seems like a roll of the dice. You get your pizza, but it’s cold. Or they forget a topping. Or they don’t use enough dough and it comes out way too thin. For how much everything thing has gone up in price over the years, you’d think the service would go up too! Here’s hoping to them getting whatever it is fixed.

I ordered at 8:03 pm. Got a call immediately that they were out of medium thin n crispy crust. Called back and the employees were rude but worked it out. Was told that they would make my pizzas and send it my way. It’s now 9:28 pm with no delivery in sight. Tried to call the store since hours listed are until 10:00 pm. The store is now “closed.” Should have ordered dominos or papa John’s

I ordered a pizza with extra cheese. There was not extra cheese. This wasn’t the pizza hut taste I remember. I just didn’t care for it. It is highly unlikely that I will be ordering again.

Ordered medium pizza with 2 liter mountaintop dew the delivery driver dropped the pizza off and not the drink and said it didn’t have one I called him back said on the receipt I paid for a 2 liter he hung up and blocked my number I called the store for 30 minutes straight and never got 1 answer only some foreigner over the phone who doesn’t work in the store I called At least 15 times I’ll never order here again

I had issues with service. Twice my order mixed up and was almost charged $6 extra had i not checked my recipt. Always ck your recipts. The mgr refunded the difference.

I live a few minutes away. The order was late food was cold and nasty, and the $4 bottle of soda never made to my door. I am contacting corporate. I don’t wanna hear nor see you generic feed back I called nothing in 25 times..Wanted see if someone would answer. Took my money, took seconds to get paid. You guys need to be shut. I want a refund.

I ordered a personal pan pizza and breadsticks at 7pm for curbside pickup. The estimated time was 10-20 minutes. It is 8:50pm now. I parked outside and waited. I called time and time again, but they never picked up, even though I could see them through the front window, and had my flasher lights going. I went inside and my food was just sitting in the heat vent the whole time. Super disappointed with the service. Food is cold and hard now. DO NOT BUY PIZZA HERE, THEY MAKE NO ATTEMPT TO SATISFY CUSTOMERS, AND THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNDER STAFFED AND GHETTO.

I had purchased 12 wings and a stuff crust with extra cheese an pepperoni the pizza didn’t have extra cheese an the pepperoni was hard almost like eating a bag of chips the wings were ok the price was ridiculous and it was not done on time like the app said I had to wait an extra 5 min after the app said it was done very disappointing
