Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Circa-1950 fast-food chain for counter-serve burgers, some stacked with multiple patties. Based on 416 reviews, the restaurant has received a rating of 4.3 stars. Price $

Apparently the US Dollar in the form of cash is not currently accepted here. They have decided to only take card transactions. I strongly disapprove.

Tremendous ballpark! You can get a great view of the game from every place in the ballpark. The food options are varied and delicious. The play area for the kids is well thought out and helps them make it through a whole game.

Enjoyed the game. Everything was going well until I was directed to the bar for a refreshment. Shortly after buying my beer I was told I could not walk out of the area with it. The bar tender did not metion it when he was selling to clients and there were no signs posted, the ball park had a guard station so you could not walk to you seat with your beverage. I feel this is bad policy.

Thoroughly impressed! They had my family’s food out before I was finished paying. Everything was accurate and the servers were super polite despite the indecisiveness of my children. Wow, totally worth a review.

I love Whataburger, but as a diabetic i can’t really eat it that much. I wish they had the option to substitute fries for a side salad like some other fast food restaurants. Then i could eat there more often and just order the burgers without the bun and a side salad

Whataburger Field is an awesome place to attend a baseball game in the evening with family and friends. Plenty of seating, good times and memories to be made here. An area for kids to go play at for a few extra dollars. You have Brewster Street right next door for more drinks and music.
