This place is so good! The restaurant is very clean. The food is delicious. Really authentic Vietnamese food at a great price. The techniques they use to make the food and the attention to detail is amazing. I enjoyed the crispness and balance of the banh mi, and the tenderness and flavor of their rice bowl. They source locally. Rare find

The shrimp fried rice… Amazing flavor and loved the heat. It’s ~ 3/5 so dial it up or down as desired! The vermicelli is pictured.

Came here right before flying out! Great service and delicious variety of Vietnamese food. We got the pho-flavorful and plentiful, their salad bowl-good variety and the sauce was amazing, banh mi-crunchy yet soft and the ingredients were fresh. My sons ate the fried rice and they loved it! Thanks for the amazing experience!!

Went for dinner at about 6:30pm and the place was empty save for the single table outdoors. Ordered the vermicelli pork which was very good, and the beef and pork spring rolls which were overstuffed with everything besides the beef and the pork. The spring roll sauce had separated a bit so one wonders how long it might’ve been left out. There was a noticeable smell of cleaning solvents so it was a bit like eating in a dog daycare. Everything is self service and the staff doesn’t tell you where and how to get the sauces, drinks or utensils, but it is a small place so you’ll find them easily. Clean up after yourself too so think about whether you might leave a tip or not when ordering at the counter.

Honestly, one of the best bahn mis I’ve had in Seattle and definitely in the First/Cap Hill area. The baguette was crispy on the outside and soft inside, it was loaded with veggies and the pork meat was incredibly tender. I’ll definitely be back to try their pho!

I really like the food here. Last time I ordered a chicken banh mi. It was pretty substantial. The pho is good too… The owners and staff are always welcoming and nice… I just wish it wasn’t a fast-food style of place. I don’t like ordering at the counter and getting my food in recycled paper bowls or plates. This location has had other sit-down restaurants before. I would eat here more often if it was like a regular restaurant.

Had brisket pho. I liked that it was served hot but the soup was way too sweet and the brisket was pretty tough. I am not sure if it was just this time. The pork vermicelli was pretty good though.

A quick bite on our way to an appointment. V. Good service, quick! The vermicelli bowl was filling, flavorful. Nice selection of condiments. Local trbajadores filled the place. When you see that you know something is right. Hose pepper sauce in jars on tables is a winner!!!! Good value for price.
