Tried to order on app around 7 pm but the app said Whoops, so hopped in the car to go order it in the store. I thought it was simple order, one sausage mushroom pizza and one cheese bread. I tried to place an order tonight in person but the cashier was telling me she couldn’t figure it out, shrugged and said several times “I don’t know”. This is the second time a similar situation occurred at this location within the last couple of weeks. Got there around 7:30 I was told by cashier they close at 8pm which I suspect had something to do with not being able to figure out how to ring it up. Training may benefit this location on how to use the POS system.

Pretzel crust piazza wasn’t what we ordered, they wouldn’t give us what we ordered and they extra charged and then wouldn’t fix the issue. Junk piazza with terrible customer service. What a waste. Don’t go or order from here.

I ordered 3 pizzas and all 3 were over cooked, borderline burnt. My daughter said why are the pizzas burnt, I said because businesses are hiring young kids, pretty much your generation so they are all going to S. She said sounds about right. All these restaurants are charging more and their quality and quantity are going downhill. Step it up people.

Asked for half ham and pineapple and half cheese. Received pepperoni. When I went in to discuss, the girl was extremely rude and basically called me a liar before I even had a chance to finish what I was saying. I just wanted to make sure I wasn’t charged for the extra topping. They were also goofing off on their phones in the back of the store. Not a good look.

Went today to get to of The Smokehouse pizzas and this is what they look like come on really it would be nice if the toppings would actually meet the top of the crust. I will not be buying pizza from them again I will continue to buy it in Culpeper at least they know how to make a pizza.

They are FAST. Today we walked out the door with four pepperoni pizzas and the bill with tax was only $23. What a great deal, $5 pizzas! If you want extra pepperoni it’s only $6. And there are $8 pizza options too. Keep in mind the size of the pizza isn’t huge, so order two. The pizza was great. I recommend checking them out. No seating. This is strictly carry out. You may order ahead or just show up and place an order. And of course they deliver too.
