Visited before lunch on 7/28/23. Service was very poor and delivered with an attitude. Server acted like it was a bother for anything. Menu was not offered, coffee was lukewarm at best, waffle still had raw batter.

Met two friends Friday morning and ordered a biscuit and gravy. My friend said to add it to his ticket. After a few minutes my friends left and I told them I would meet them at the local golf course. Fifteen minutes later I told the waitress I had to go and cancel my order. She said there was no charge. My order was paid by my friend when they left. It appeared there was a large togo order and they were all working to get it completed. Disappointing.

One of the best waffle houses I’ve visited yet! Staff was amazing. We went around 10am so the morning shift. Service was good. Even the other customers were lovely. Great experience. Will be back.

Server got mad at my mil because she asked her to clean the table and under the table that she was sitting is at. It was not busy at all, we made table #2 in the whole restaurant. Server had no customer service skills, never made eye contact, did not bring all the food when it was ready, no refills. Then her and the lady cook had a laughing discussion about us for what ever reason, I know this because they were pointing at us. I would not recommend this waffle house to any one, they don’t care about the customers and it shows.

Didn’t have to wait long to get a table or food. Staff were sweet and the food was great! Honestly, I’ve paid way more for “gourmet” breakfast food that wasn’t as good or as filling as the breakfast I got at this Waffle House. Thanks!

The only thing that is worth going to that Waffle House location is the 2nd Shift cook. He’s a great cook, great customer service, and the food is always amazing, even when the lobby is full he manages to get orders out and help take care of the customers needs. Brandon is his name. Best cook at any Waffle House I’ve been to that I can actually say that he knows what he’s doing and he’s quick and very polite. Thanks from the Owen’s Family.

Everything came together perfectly for this Saturday morning breakfast. The hashbrowns were cooked to a golden crispiness, the toast was toasted properly (I hate when the toaster setting is too low. Not a problem today) and the bacon and scrambled with cheese were on point. Good job WH!
