At the Simple Goodness Soda Shop we take soda fountain classics and craft cocktails and give them a modern day twist, with garden to glass flavors. The casual fare is seasonal, homey, and often doused in syrup. The Simple Goodness Soda Shop is a tasting room, a farm to table café, and our production headquarters.
Our menu is Americana comfort foods with an emphasis on local sourcing. We grow many of the ingredients for our drinks and food on our farm 4 miles down the road in Buckley, WA. We feature NW brands such as Full Tilt ice cream, Beecher’s cheese, Daniel’s Artisan cheeses, Tim’s Cascade chips, and more. Our pickles, panini spreads, sauces, syrups, and drink mixers are made from scratch in house.

Stopped into town after hiking – the wait was too long at the other places, but this shop had our paninis out in under 15 minutes! Deliciously crisped bread, I ordered the Venise (Caprese) Panini and the side of pickles/asparagus was a great complement. The price was quite reasonable too. Would go again.

We stopped for ice cream after a day of hiking. The service was good and friendly, the ice cream was generous (1 scoop was enough for me!) and delicious. The waffle cone was homemade. The indoor space looks nice, we went outside where there is plenty of space and seats.

If you haven’t been to The Soda Shop in Wilkeson, you’re missing out. This was our first time visiting the shop after following on IG for several months. I picked up some products and we got some waffle cones and shakes (chocolate, rocky road, vanilla, cookie dough, and mocha almond fudge) WOW were they yummy – especially the waffle cone…TDF!

A terrific soda shop and ice cream parlor. The cocktails and mocktails are the winning touch. Farm to table cocktails sounds so incongruous, and in fact it’s so wonderful. These ladies have a vision and are on a mission. This unique establishment is well worth checking out.

If you are going through carbonado you should stop and visit this place. Great atmosphere, service is a bit slow during busy times but so what , be patient , nice people work here. I got the pretzel with some brown mustard which was so good we asked for the brand and bought 3 jars online. Ice cream and the shakes are also great and they have dairy free options.

We came in to eat our pizza from next door. Very cool that they do that! But we got apps, sodas, and milkshakes at SGSS. Their food was FAR better than the pizza joint next door. Great service.

Our family enjoys attending the Thursday Open Mic Night. It is a comfortable venue for people who are beginning to to share their musical and performing talents publicly. With the nice weather, the outside yard is great for parents who want to sip a cold beer yet have wiggly children. Dogs are also welcome outdoors.

Super cozy, kid friendly, great hospitality. The quality of the sandwiches and food is all that. You don’t get good stuff like that these days, but you do at the soda shop. Traditional things with a twist! And the simple goodness sisters syrup is to die for. Great place to drive for a bite, stop next door for killer pizza to take home and they even have a cool coffee shop. Don’t forget to try their ice cream too!!!! Thanks for building such a cool place! We will be back!

Such a cute place! Loved the drinks and food! Quaint yet classy! My only reason for 4 stars is that it can be a bit of a wait for ordering, since all the ordering is done at the front counter. I wanted to order a second drink by the time my food arrived to the table, and I had to wait about 15 minutes to get my order in, so my food wound up getting cold. But good for them that business was good!

Cute, fun soda shop. We had floats, super fun they have homemade syrups you can choose from and choose your flavor of ice-cream. I had the blueberry lavender with vanilla ice cream and it was really great! I’ll be back if im passing through Wilkeson for sure!
