Not sure how this location is still open! Let’s start by saying that nobody wears a mask…not the person making the pizza not even the manager. Waited 90 minutes for cheese sticks only to finally get the box full of grease! So bad that it messed up the interior of the car. By then nobody wanted to eat it but still opened the box to see why it was so oily and it wasn’t even cooked! Nasty! Corporate will be getting many calls from angry customers. Do not go here!!

They barely put any cheese on few of the slices. It was very lacking. Not the first time Papa John messed up on my order. Papa John what is wrong with your cookers? Why can’t I have cheese on my pizza??? Do better. Most nasty pizza I ever had without cheese. Who doesn’t put cheese on a pizza???

I placed a mobile order for pepperoni pizza with light cheese….this is not light cheese. This is like double extra. 🙁 I’m usually excited when I get my papas but I ate this in disappointment because I was hungry. I’m lactose intolerant but a little cheese usually doesn’t bother me… if it’s a little. Which this clearly is not.

Pizza is always good. Service is typically dependent on the person handing over. Except for 1-2 times it’s been pretty good. Food is always warm. Papa Johns generally is more expensive than dominos so for bigger parties I tend to go with dominos.

App was not working correctly so I went in to place my order. The price was twice what the app was charging. I explained the issue I was having and all I got was a sorry. No help with the app and they would not change the price for ordering at the counter. Terrible customer service.

The kind of people there, so typical of the likes of them. Lazy and rude! You walk in there, no acknowledgment whatsoever then they ignore, stay on the phone with the manager or whatever she calls herself prancing around touching other things then going back to tossing the dough unhygienically!
