Waited over an hour for “hot and ready” type pizzas and a crazy bread. Pizza was warming when we finally got it. I understand that staffing issues had things backed up but would have appreciated the food being got and fresh after an hour wait. Can’t see the reasoning in not having it after that long.

This was suppose to be the new fancy pepperoni…..um…crust thicker then deep dish in spots and was like slimy paper in the center. I tried to call and was put on hold for 25mins. Called back. No answer at all. They were not busy and everything was empty when I went in. Stood at the counter for 10 mins no one greeted. Just ignored me. It was such a weird and gross experience.

Ordered thin crust pizza, came home opened box which just came out oven, and it looked like it was tossed into the box and couple pieces missing. Called and spoke to the manager, she proceeded to ask me to bring it back because it doesn’t sound right. I said no we are already home. She tolde she couldn’t do anything but mless she could see the pizza herself. Again I said no we are already home and I am I’ll. She said she worked the oven and she really has to see it. I didn’t call to get anything free just heads up. Now different story

We ordered 2 pizzas & when we arrived they weren’t ready. Told to come back in 5-7 minutes. Then they were gone. She apologized & said she would remake them & to come back in 20 more minutes. Need more staff! Poor girl was frazzled.

Honest but Fair
ALWAYS TAKES FOREVER unless there is a girl named Christy working. She seems to have the place in order. It is the ONLY time food is ready upon arrival and not a huge line to have to wait in. If there is a line, it is fast to get through when she is working. I was not going to go here anymore. I gave it “a last try” and fortunately Christy was working and saved my relationship with this place.

The past 3 times we bought pizzas,the sauce and cheeses ,you can barely see let alone,taste.This place surely has overworked staff and people who dont know that puzza is the sauce and toppings, and without them- why does anyone want pizza. This is the problem in Mt Vernon and Coshocton Ohio

Terrrible. We’ve been here multiple times over the last year and NEVER ONCE have they had anything actually ready. Today we waited 10-15 mins just for someone to tell us it would be another 25 mins for a “hot and READY” pizza. Maybe y’all should take “Hot and Ready” off your sign!

I’d give negative stars if I could. Hour and a half to make 2 pizzas, guy at the counter couldn’t stop walking in the back talking to other employees long enough to do his job. Then when I call him out on it his elf looking friend in the back started mumbling and starring at me. After he threatened to knock my teeth out I called him out on it but stood in the back like I expected. If they are that miserable that they can make pizzas then they need to quit. Not a customers fault u chose that path.
